Adam is a rock and hires very competent people to assist him. He is also a great mediator between clients and contractors when the occasion arises. He is responsive and will try to back to you in a timely manner. KEP Construction is a company you should consider if you plan to renovate /remodel your home or office.

We hired Adam and KEP Construction to build our new kitchen this past year, and the project turned out beautifully. Adam is an extremely talented and knowledgeable guy, and his team was professional and committed to doing the best job possible. Believe the hype! Often when I read this many positive reviews on Yelp, I wonder if the company has asked for such reviews. Fear not -- Adam and his team are the real deal. I had my kitchen renovated while living in my unit. The workers did their best to remain unobtrusive, and they timed the project so that I could use my kitchen almost the entire time. Adam's prices were extremely reasonable.
I appreciated that, when I made a few last-minute requests on project changes, he was flexible. My favorite thing is that Adam gave me a lot of peace-of-mind -- I am a huge worrywart, and I probably sent Adam an email every day (on average) to follow-up on the status of the project. Adam replied to every email and call very patiently and was always very communicative. You really can't ask for more. Highly recommended; I won't hesitate to call Adam again when I need more renovations done. Thanks Adam!

KEP construction did a repair job for us on a bank of windows that had been pretty significantly water-damaged. Adam, the owner, was professional and responsive. The quality of the work was very good, they stuck to the estimate (despite a couple of hiccups that required some extra work), and finished when they said they would. Left the room very clean, too, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire Adam and co. again.

Adam and his guys (Andy and Sebastian, especially) have been helping us improve our properties over the past four years and we can't recommend them enough. We bought two separate apartments back in 2010 that we wanted to join into a duplex which required a major renovation down to the studs (we wanted to put in a kitchen, bathroom, staircase, fireplaces, new heating system and plumbing.you name it). Adam and his guys met all of our criteria in more.
They were at our apartment almost every day, in constant contact and made sure every job was done up to our standards (and my husband has insanely high standards). Our home is also in a brownstone and so has many classic and formal details that required protection and enhancement. Adam made sure these aspects were protected or improved as need be.
Perhaps equally important, they were kind, fun and friendly and we know that we can trust them, which is why we only considered calling Adam when we bought a rental property that needed some work done. In short, Adam and his guys are great builders and great people and we wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.
