I have used Accutemp Heating and Air for 22 years now. Today Alec Perez was out to do my annual 2 air conditioners units spring service. Happy to say that everything was good and now we can be assured that the summer season is taken care of. My service person was new to me. Alec was very courteous and efficient. Glad to see Accutemp has maintained their service by hiring qualified new technicians.

Best experience I have had with a Heating/Cooling Company. Dylan was the Tech who first came and noted my problems and offered solutions. Jeff followed up the next day with the pricing alternatives. I opted to have a new system installed and Dylan and Jeff were the installers. They did a super job. They both noted all the problems they corrected with the installation of the new HVAC system.

Very professional, experienced, courteous, and great to work with. They both took the time to explain everything they did. Great job and reasonable priced. Both Jeff and Dylan are extremely dedicated, and work quickly and efficiently.

Saw their ad for a $49 AC check/service. Called and made an appointment that was a week and a half away. My appointment was for 5/29 between 9-11am. On the morning of the appointment, I get a call that they need to reschedule due to an emergency install. I very much understand that things happen and you need to take care of a customer who needs a new install.

I was very accommodating and said "sure, when can you come out now?" The response I got was the earliest they could get to me was June 8th. Really? I'm being understanding of my appointment being moved by the company and you move me to the back of the line? The next appointment is almost another week and a half away. Terrible service out of the gate, I'm calling someone else who can service my system in a timely manner. Again, I was being understanding and accommodating, but they move me to the back of the line. I would have understood a day or 2. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks for the "great" $49 deal!

Saw the add for the $49 tune up and im so glad i called they had someone to work on our house that same week. Travis was super polite and very honest about the work needed in our unit. He took the time to explain everything in detail and offer different options. I definitely recommend them.

I decided a while back that I was going to replace my furnace and AC this fall due to the fact that it was 20 years old. I first used Accutemp back in March when Jeff came to check out my furnace and was immediately pleased with his kindness and professionalism. They came back last week to do a seasonal maintenance and I went ahead and purchased my air handler and furnace for install the 25th.

I came home yesterday to find that my air had went out over the weekend. Not only did the office respond to my phone call promptly but they were able to get me on the schedule for my install 1st thing this morning. Jeff and Justin were on time and did an excellent job. It looks great in it feels wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.

I can't say enough about my technician Jeff! I had Accutemp perform fall maintenance on my furnace. I was so impressed with Jeff. It was so nice to have such a professional full of knowledge doing the work. Also had my A/C maintenance last week. I had a feeling it was time for a new unit. After hearing what Jeff had to say I decided on the spot to purchase from Accutemp.

He took the time to explain everything in detail. So patient with my questions. He had it scheduled for installation within 3 days. Jeff has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am so happy I called Accutemp heating and air. We woke up with no air conditioning and we called them for service. They had a technician here the same day and he had us up and running before he left. I will definitely use them again if we ever have a problem.

Run from this company. We had a horrible experience with them. Called them on a 90 degree day, no air conditioning. They came out and replaced two parts( later found out parts cost $30.00 total). Time spent on repair was less than one hour. Our bill was $750.00. They took advantage of us. We contacted owner of company but he didn't care about keeping us as customers.

We are senior citizens and on a fixed income and we were victims of this Update4/27/18 To owner Doug Dorsey:: My husband and I still have the service receipt from your company that we show our friends to warn them. We also have the sticker you placed on our HVAC. We find it funny that you can't seem to find us as customers. We must still be on your mailing list because we just received a flyer from you stating "satisfaction guaranteed ". What a joke! We were not satisfied and nothing was guaranteed. Again, stay away from this company unless you have very deep pockets.

Terrible company they're so expensive try to take you for a ride I would not recommend these people!
