Roof Masters of Colorado did an excellent job replacing the roof on our 60 year old home. Monica, the owner, was very pleasant, professional, stayed actively involved from beginning to end, and provided constant communication with us. She answered questions, concerns, and provided advice, we felt like partners in the roof replacement. The work was very well done with close attention to details.

This encounter and ensuing conversations led me to the conclusion that she was someone I'd like to do business with. Her business card remained in readiness.

Spring of 2021 I discovered I needed a new roof, so I reached out to Monica. She and her team worked decisively to complete the project on time. My house, being an older, mountain log home, required some extra attention. Monica arranged for a ventilation expert to survey the project and provide insight on a plan to remedy my particular situation. Also she worked tirelessly with Jeffco and the insurance company to facilitate building code updates.

She was always prompt in responding to calls and emails. She offered opportunity to research the construction materials of intended use, and the ability to be as much as a part of the project as was able. In the end I have a durable roof that looks great and will save me almost $600 a year on insurance premiums. Huge appreciation goes to Roof Masters (Travis's workmanship and Monica's management) for identifying the source of our leaky flat roof (over our garage) and fixing it! We had a small but damaging leak in our tile roof which ultimately came in through the vaulted ceiling of our living room. After some research, we had Roof Masters come out for an estimate and engaged them to make the needed repair. They were very responsive, timely, and informative in their visits. The leak was very hard to detect as there was no visible damage anywhere near the actual entrance point.

The technician added some sealing materials around a sky light and chimney that are several feet above the water's actual entry point to the living room. This worked through several normal rains but the leak reoccurred with very heavy rain accompanied by strong wind. Dylan and Jennifer of Roof Masters responded immediately to our call back with additional work and pictures around more of the skylight, at no additional charge. Recently, we had the hardest, most wind driven rain over our home in many years with no leak! Thanks to Roof Masters for great service and follow up to a difficult problem.

I called Roof Masters to provide an estimate for repairs on my roof following a home inspection. Jamie came out the same day I called and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She clearly knew her business and went out of her way to work with me and give me an honest and fair estimate of what it would take to make the roof integral. Both she and Monica worked with me to try and get a fair price while not cutting corners in the quality of the work. Jamie showed me exactly what the problems were and was very straightforward as to what the correct fix was.

I rent a house and our landlord called them (Monica & Alex) to provide an estimate on fixing some roof damage that was causing leaking inside the house. While I was not the one contracting their services, I dealt with them when they arrived for the estimate. They were incredibly gracious, professional and thorough. They documented everything, taking pictures of all the damage. Spent time going over it all with me. Explaining what they were going to recommend to our landlord. I can be a pretty tough critic, but they made me feel 100% comfortable that they'd do a fantastic job if our landlord hires them.

I had an aging shingle roof on an older house and the City of Boulder no longer permits shingles. Roof Masters removed the old shake shingles along with 4 or 5 layers of asphalt shingles before replacing with a metal roof. The resulting work was great and I haven't had any leaks. The cost was reasonable (30 or 40% less than other quotes from Boulder roofers). I would recommend this company to anybody needing roofing work performed.
