I had a 26-year-old roof and the roof needed to be replaced as part of a house sale. Chris with GreenPoint Roofing did the inspection, provided a written estimate, and managed the roof replacement. Chris did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. He also did what he said he was going to do and on the schedule that I needed. I appreciated that Chris scheduled the roof inspection by the County as soon as the roof replacement was completed so that I could provide the buyer with the documents from the County that the roof was completed according to code.

GreenPoint Roofing was incredibly helpful to me this year when I experienced an urgent leak inside my house. My architect who was working on some future plans for my house said they had worked with GreenPoint on several projects and highly recommended them. Chris and Drake came over right away to help diagnose the problem and add protection until a permanent fix could be completed.

The issue was quite complicated, but they understood it well. They were great - they took pictures, explained everything to me, were very courteous and nice to have in my home. I highly recommend them too!

Nick was amazing, had me contact my insurance company, he met the adjuster and within 15 minutes insurance agreed to pay for new roof. He was easy to contact, followed up on everything he said he would, explained every step. The day of install was so well coordinated and professional. They even color matched the vents etc. Scott the owner even came by to check on things.

They cleaned up everything when done. In today's world of not knowing who to trust when getting work done, it is so refreshing to find a honest, reliable company. I picked them because of the work they do with Veterans and so glad I did. Nick is awesome

It was east from the moment we chatted, had shingle samples for review and I was regularly informed about the work date due to spring weather. The install team was friendly and kept the area around my home tidy, dispute the wind and did a great search (3x! ) for leftover debris. I highly recommend this team. GreenPoint replaced our roof. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and working with each person a pleasure. The actual work was completed in one day (sooner than promised) and quality outstanding. Even our neighbors commented on the good work and thorough cleanup. Finally, their price was very competitive among the several other quotes we collected for the project.

Last fall we hired GreenPoint Roofing to inspect and replace our roof. They are an amazing company to work with, absolutely no sales pressure or discomfort in our interactions. Tyler, their representative, was an effective advocate with our insurance company; throughout the process, he was professional, accessible, and conscientious. The quality of their work was top notch and we highly recommend them.

We invited 3 contractors for estimates before selecting GreenPoint to re-roof our house after hail damage. Anna, our project manager, was by far the most knowledgeable we talked with. She pointed out that the existing roof had degraded prematurely due to inadequate attic ventilation, something not pointed out by the other contractors. She provided a detailed quote spelling out exactly what work would be performed and what materials would be used including ventilation upgrades.

The commitment required from us was very simple and understandable without the legalese indicating that we were stuck with whatever the contractor did. They supported us in the HOA approval process. They worked closely with our insurance company to get approval. The work was performed quite quickly and professionally. When they got into the job, it became evident that due to peculiarities in the builders construction, the ventilation plan needed to be revisited.

This happened seamlessly, No plan of battle survives first contact with the enemy. At every step of the process, we were kept fully informed, never talked down to, and never told to "trust me". I can without any reservation recommend GreenPoint for a roof replacement. Jack

The project manager assigned to our roof replacement project, Tyler Urbania, provided expert assistance as we navigated the insurance claims process, oversaw the construction work, and followed through on the invoicing and warranty deliverables. When Tyler was out of town, the office manager, Allie Davies provided timely answers to questions. The construction crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. The owner, Scott, even stop by during the installation to thank us for our business.

The whole GreenPoint team, especially Anna (the PM for our project) was terrific to work with. Did a great quality job replacing our roof and skylights (not easy, we have a steeply pitched roof). They walked us through the options, coordinated with other contractors (solar, gutter), and nicely completed some end of project touch up work. They also really worked with the insurance company (repeatedly) to maximize our reimbursement. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Just before Christmas, a couple shingles dropped from the roof due to a big wind. Although it seems the office is closed for the Christmas/new year holiday season, Emilio Garza from GreenPoint helped me inspected the roof and put a tarp around the damaged area to temporarily protect the roof. My only regret regarding GreenPoint Roofing is that I did not discover them earlier to do my actual roof. Instead I hired them to install gutters and downspouts following my roof installation and I could not have been more satisfied. In particular, the representative I worked with, Chris Blankenship, not only managed the job seamlessly but he offered much appreciated creative expertise when it came to choosing a color that beautifully complemented my copper roof and turquoise trim.

It did not occur to me to introduce a third color but Chris hit it out of the park with the brown that he suggested. In addition, when there was a slight drainage issue following the installation due to a tricky roof transition, Chris had it corrected as soon as I brought it to his attention, without any hassle or additional cost. I highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing and only wish that I'd discovered them sooner.

GreenPoint did great work and were a pleasure to work with. Their warranty adds a lot of value to our investment in a new roof. We already referred GreenPoint to our family who also used them and had a great experience. Our roof had a combination of issues including poor venting, an old solar thermal system, damaged decking, and an old swamp cooler.

I worked with Emilio Garza at GreenPoint roofing to have roof, paint, and gutters completed on my home. They created a 3-D model of my home before it was painted. They did a great job with the work, and even took care of some drywall. My home did not have proper ventilation and they fixed it. I am very happy I'd recommend GreenPoint Roofing.

Our neighborhood was hit with a bad hail storm early in the summer and we received a plethora of information and business flyers from various roofing companies. GreenPoint caught my eye as they had won a lot of business based awards and had been in the business for some time so I agreed to a roof inspection through them. Emilio our representative was unfailingly polite, professional, timely and friendly.

He helped through the whole process and was endlessly patient with our color choices and also with the insurance company who took their time paying. I am very pleased with the service I received from GreenPoint and Emilio and would definitely recommend them!

I live in an area that is not known for substantial hail events but nevertheless, there was a hailstorm that damaged most of the roofs in the area. I decided to make a claim with my insurer. A neighbor spoke very highly of their experience with GreenPoint so I contacted them. He was impressed with the quality of the work and the way in which the project was managed by Anna. Anna hit a home run right away with the adjuster the insurance company sent out.

She requested I let her know when that adjuster was going to be here so she could meet with them. My insurer has a reputation of denying hail damage claims on roofs that are close to their expected lifespan. Nevertheless, the claim was approved and Anna even was able to accommodate a neighbor who wished the work to be done while she was out of town with her dog.

The work began on the date Anna promised and it was done in a day without the need to come back to tie up any loose ends. There was a small issue with some cement siding that cracked but the repair department took care of that issue promptly. Would highly recommend GreenPoint!

I had a very old roof and gutters, both were replaced and I am happy with the results. He worked very hard to earn my business - he was courteous, very professional and all around very hard working! Scott came by to take a look at our roof. We knew it was in bad shape but with no active leaks he recommended we wait until a hail storm comes though to see if we could file an insurance claim. The existing hail damage we have is too old to be able to claim. Our mistake for waiting! Either way, today he came back free of charge to leaf blow out our gutters and seal a few areas around vents/pipes coming out of the roof where critters had eaten away some of the seals.

Certainly appreciate his candid and clear advice and excellent service. When it is time to replace our roof we will certainly give Green Point our business. 5 stars. Thanks again!

Many of the houses in my neighborhood have used Greenpoint for their new roofs. I assumed because so many of them were replacing their roofs that ours probably needed to be replaced too. Greenpoint and Tyler have been great throughout the process of installing a new roof. Tyler was very prompt and communicative. GREENPOINT Roofing. I want give a huge recommendation for GreenPoint. They did not sell me a roof! The owner, Scott, was instead my protector against Premier who has been really aggressive. Scott came and evaluated my roof. The next day Scott met the insurance adjuster and supervisor from Premier to get him to show (Scott) where I could possibly have hail damage - because I had none. None! Premier solicitor told me I was one of the worst in the neighborhood. Scott went above and beyond to keep people honest and not take advantage of me. I have never seen someone go above and beyond like that. Obviously, whenever I do have hail damage I will be hiring GreenPoint!

We have used Greenpoint Roofing for two separate projects within the Front Range. Both experiences were exceptional. Scott and his team worked with our insurance adjuster directly and helped manage the claim from start to finish. An unexpected bonus was the free upgrade to a hail resistant shingle! Recently, I found I needed an old invoice from Greenpoint for work they’d done on my roof seven years ago. I didn’t own the house at that time. With the information, my home insurance company told me my premium would drop $60.
Yesterday, I called Greenpoint, hoping they might be able to track down this 2012 bill. Allie answered the phone.

Literally less than an hour later, she had emailed to me the invoice and a bunch of other pertinent information. Yikes! Where does one find customer service like this these days? Thank you again, Allie!

GreenPoint Roofing - 5 out of 5 stars!!!! Do NOT hesitate for a moment to have this outstanding company replace your roof!! In June 2019 a GreenPoint Roofing team replaced my roof due to hail damage. With never having to have my roof replaced before, I was unsure and somewhat apprehensive of what to expect. From start to finish, GreenPoint Roofing alleviated any concerns I had and then some!!

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After my roof was installed, the crew did a superb job in nail pickup and overall cleanup. My initial contact was with Mr. Charles Lane, my project manager, and from that point on Mr. Lane oversaw my roof installation and insurance claim like it was his own. You cannot go wrong with Charles Lane as your project manager!!! Mr. Lane was detail oriented, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process.

I am new to the area and have only owned my home less then a year. I have had a GREAT experience with GreenPoint Roofing. I had several other Roofing companies stop by and offer an inspection after a hail storm this past summer. I put it off and didn't get a inspection until recently. Eric Theodore who was referred to me from a friend came by and gave me a FREE inspection.

He took alot of pictures and video to show me the lack of damage I had. He also told me I had a Class 4 shingle and should be getting a discount on my homeowner's policy. Not only did I get an honest inspection I'm also getting a discount from my insurance company now. If you want honesty and integrity call GreenPoint Roofing.

GreenPoint came and gave a estimate.we picked our roof and thought they would come in a month and replace our roof. Never heard back (two months later) so we went with someone else. :( Now its winter so wish we would have known sooner!

GreenPoint did an excellent job replacing our roof, which had been damaged by hail. They are locally-owned and every employee (and the owner) whom we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. GreenPoint worked seamlessly with our insurance company and even upgraded our new roof to be more hail-resistant at no additional cost to us. The better shingles actually reduced our insurance rates by 15% a year, plus they survived a second hailstorm. Multiple neighbors had to replace their roofs again after less than a year!

I just want to applaud this Longmont based company for their outstanding quality of work they do.
Nick Davies handled my entire hail damage claim for me, dealt with my insurance on my behalf, and managed the crew that came out to perform the hard work. They were nice, respectful, extremely competent, and efficient in getting all the work done in 1 day! Nick was very patient and informative while working with me on roof choices and scheduling.

He has a vast knowledge of this business. This claim was filed in August of 2018, but we didn’t want our roof work done during the winter months. Our roof was replaced perfectly and promptly by Greenpoint Roofing after a terrible storm. The only snag was with the insurance company, but Anna Ciferno quickly engaged the insurance company and went above and beyond in bringing them to task. After the job was complete, the insurance company provided misinformation and lagged in communication, but as soon as I contacted Anna for assistance she immediately jumped on the issue, took the bull by the horns with the diligence, compassion, care, efficiency, thoroughness and responsibility that is all too rare these days. Anna is an incredibly hard working angel of a human being who sincerely cares, and knows how to get work done!

I know that they had a ton of work with the recent large hail storm and they were really busy but we still felt like we were their only business. They were trustworthy and honest as well. A few years ago we bought our first home. It's been really eye opening to see how different contractors work, including differences in craftsmanship and customer service. GreenPoint has been superlative at both. Scott and Eric have been wonderful to work with. I'd gladly use them again, and have already recommended them to friends.

I needed a new roof and so did my parents, we both live in Lafayette.

My apartment complex hired GreenPoint Roofing to replace the shingles on 9 buildings. They were the most considerate group of workers we have ever had. The kept a clean work site. Every worker was courteous and apologetic when they were blocking a walk way or road way. I returned home from work, they had a box on the ground in front of my garage. I knew I would be leaving again before they finished for the day, so I opted to park in the lot. When I opened the door to put a few items in it, the offered to help me with my box. I am so glad they were the choice of our complex.

There aren't enough accolades to describe our experience with GreenPoint. I could single out Scott, Travis, Jorge and Karl, but the entire team was diligent, competent and respectful of our "stuff". There was constant oversight, not that the crew needed it. These young men worked 7-7 and did an absolutely beautiful job. I can recommend a GreenPoint without reservation.
