Our roof was recently damaged by the 120 mph wind storm in Dec 2021 and we were able to work with Stone Creek to get it replaced. The process from the start till the end was seamless and easy with the help of their project manager, John Macleod. He was very responsive in terms of getting everything scheduled, inspected, installed and also efficient when working with our insurance company to get payment. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs any roofing work done.

I hired Stone Creek Roofing to replace my roof, after receiving proposals from four other roofing contractors. I ultimately decided to go with Stone Creek Roofing because Paul Armstrong, Tiki Stoddard, Justin Regner, and the other employees at Stone Creek offered superior customer service over the other companies that I had interviewed. The other roofing contractors were pushing me into signing a contract before they would answer my questions about the roofing process or bring me shingle samples. Paul Armstrong dropped off shingle samples to me upon my request and he was very patient with me as I asked him a multitude of questions.

The subcontractor that Stone Creek used to put on my roof showed up on time, completed the job in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and nails from the roofing project. The new roof looks great and from what I can tell so far all is well with my new roof! This will be the first winter with my new roof, so time will tell if there are any issues with my new roof.

I trust that with the exceptional customer service that Stone Creek Roofing provided during the installation process that there customer service will be just as exceptional if I have any questions or concerns about my new roof in the future.

We had massive damage across 7 buildings on our hobby ranch. It felt overwhelming. I had referral from a good friend to use Stone Creek Roofing and dispatched Sean McArthur to survey our hail damage. Sean took lots of photos. He demonstrated technical knowledge and advice on our re-roofing project. Sean interfaced very well with all stakeholders and got the job done well and on-schedule. Stone Creek was a great company to work with. I worked directly with Sean McArthur. He was AWESOME! Words cannot express enough how helpful and professional he was. He worked with my insurance company to make sure we got everything we were supposed to receive during our roof installation. We talked many many times during this process and he always kept me updated with what was happening. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Seemed to do a good job. The working crews are a very hard working group working steady for 12 + hours each day. Stone Creek was responsive to fix two minor adjustments to the gutters and did a good job with the adjustments. So far haven't noticed any other problems. Overall I'm pleased with the shingle replacement on a difficult roof with one very steep portion.

My insurance company recommend that I call John MacLeod at Stone Creek roofing to come over and inspect our roof prior to filing a claim. John worked with us and our insurance company to plan and schedule the repair which turned out to be a complete re-deck and roof on the house and new roof on the garage. John did an amazing job managing the project from beginning to end and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend Stone Creek and John as a project manager! My roof had been looked at by an adjuster from my insurance company after a hail storm. That gentleman said that my roof had sun blister damage and not enough hail damage to be replaced. David worked with the adjuster and his supervisor to show that the hail damage was substantial. He got them to approve my roof and then worked with me on the payments that came from the insurance.

We had lots of wind damage and roof leaks, so we called David to come check our roof. He got our insurance to pay to replace the roof, and even helped us find a shingle that qualifies for a discount on our existing insurance. The crew was on time, thorough, and did a great job. Our roof looks great and we couldn't be happier - and we've recommended him to some friends.
