A native of Philadelphia, PA, Ken has lived in Chicago's western suburbs for more than 30 years. After graduating from Downers Grove South High School, he went into the plumbing field.

He worked for two large plumbing companies, gaining a total of 20 years experience. After that, he launched Residential Plumbing. Ken, his wife Lauren, and their two boys, Eric and Ben, live in the Naperville, IL area, and are involved with numerous school and community activities. He did great work and the price was reasonable. The business provides good communication including reminder texts and emails. The receptionist was also very friendly. I highly recommend!

Very professional and timely service. I called at 10:15 needing help with a clogged drain. The woman I spoke with was very personable and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the same day between 1-3pm. She also told me the job would be quoted when the plumber arrived. Prices are quoted per job, not by the hour. Shortly after hanging up I received a text with appointment confirmation. Plumber texted at 12:59 stating he was en route and arrived 3 minutes later. Assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got right to work. Took care of the problem, double, triple checked any additional leaks, cleaned everything up nicely and was on his way. I would highly recommend!

I am long overdue for this review. We've had an ongoing relationship with Residential Plumbing for over 2 years. They've installed a basement shower pan, a toilet, fixed a kitchen sink leak, and most recently replaced our leaking garbage disposal. We've primarily worked with Nate as our technician, but everyone there is so kind and professional. Stacia is the person who always answers my calls and is a joy to talk to.

While I don't look forward to plumbing issues, I'm comforted because I know the issue will be resolved quickly, correctly, and professionally. For any plumbing needs, don't hesitate to call them!

Robby Keene came to my home two days in a row to take care of leaking faucets in my shower and also fix the bathtub drain. ( He came out twice due to the nature of the job). I had a great experience with Residential Plumbing and would highly recommend. I called as my exterior hose bibs were leaking. The technician, Robby, was on time and very communicative. He thoroughly explained my options for repair and spoke about options for saving money and was not in a hurry to finish the task and move on to the next job - he made sure I was satisfied and asked if there was any other plumbing repairs he could fix.

The tech was very polite and personable and never trying to "upsell" me - just presenting the options available. I appreciated receiving a text message when he was on his way. A great experience all the way around, but the most appealing part of this was the technician Robby. He was excellent.
