Our water heater went out on a Friday and Aquaduct responded and sent someone right away to our home even though it was late in the evening. They already had a new water heater on the truck just in case it needed to be replaced, which it did. They guys that came were super nice and professional and cleaned everything up and hauled away the old water heater within a matter of an hour. I highly recommend this company. They were very kind and attentive to our needs and concerns and even helped us deal with our home warranty.

I called Aquaduct Plumbing when we had a major clog and other issues with our bathroom plumbing. They sent someone out the same day and had the job scheduled and completed the following day at a third of the price I was quoted from others. The team at Aquaduct is great. We had them redo the plumbing fixtures at our new office in downtown Plainfield. They where always professional and communicated with us each step of the way, even when we had some unforeseen issues that came up due to the age of the building. Jason and his team where able to handle everything in stride.

I recently had a sewer back up into my basement. After doing an internet search and wanting to support local business. There were other companies available however I steered away from them due to past bad experiences or other I have talked to who were dissatisfied by other companies. I decided to give Aquaduct and spoke with Jason Kapus. He was very professional on the phone and went into great details of my options. Jason then came out, again explained all my options and costs prior to any work starting. Jason rooted out my system promptly and restored my service. since this has been a reoccurring sewer problem Jason sent a camera down my sewer and showed me on the screen how my old sewer piped were beginning to collapse from tree roots.

I decided to have a portion of my sewer pipe replaced and an outside clean-out installed. When Jason showed up for the work, he had Gus, another plumber, and an apprentice with him. The project became much more involved due to large boulders in the dig site and when the system was originally installed a water line crossed the sewer pipe in the repair area.

Even with the unforeseen problems, the price that was quoted remained the same and was less expensive than other companies had charged for less work done with my neighbors. It was great seeing how patient Jason and Gus were with the apprentice and showing him how to do the work. They were great teachers and all of them got along. Jason, a partner in the company, had no problem jumping into the hole and getting dirty with his guys.

All of them treated my house and yard with respect like it was their own. I highly recommend Aquaduct and I will use them again for another project I'm planning for the future

This is a good quality company that will now be our go-to for any plumbing needs! Installed our two faucets and garbage disposals in 1-hour flat! I needed a plumber on a Friday morning because our kitchen sink was completely plugged up and the plumber we have used in the past was not available until the following week. I had seen some very positive reviews for Aquaduct so I called them, but they were also booked so we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Fortunately they called me back in less than 5 minutes to say they had a cancellation and could be at my house between 10 and noon. Jason called ahead to tell us when he would arrive and was there when he said he would be.

He was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue with the clog but also gave us information on the maintenance we should do to avoid a clog in the future. We feel their pricing was very reasonable, the quality of Jason's work was exceptional, and we will definitely use Aquaduct for any plumbing issues we may have in the future.

Aquaduct is great! I scheduled an appointment to have someone out to check the plumbing in our laundry room after what we thought was a clogged drain. They came out same day. Though it wasn't a plumbing issue and actually an issue with the washer, I am confident in Jason's findings. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

They answered the phone on the first ring with a live person. I was able to make an appt. for the next day and they arrived on time. The work was performed professionally and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I've had this company out to my home twice and my rental unit once. Every time was very pleased with the work, fair rates and promptness. They didn't try to oversell me and explained the work being done. Extremely neat as well. I've recommended them to several other people as well!
