ASAP Door Repair is who we call when needing door or gate repair. Their service guy Brian is very knowledgeable, explains what needs done and maintains high standards.

Great service, with professional & friendly staff. Quick service and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Definately the first choice for our company's needs going forward.

I don't typically leave reviews but we had to for this company! ASAP provided us with fast a super fast estimate for multiple doors and completed the installation within a timely manner! Service was very professional and the technicians that came out were awesome! I will be using for future services and maintenance moving forward! Thank you!

Excellent service very professional, would recommend this business for anyone. My technician Jeffrey was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my door.

I called the same day that my garage door opener broke, and they were able to set up a time to assess the problem the next day. The technician was kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and told me very clearly what the problem was with my opener and explained that it would benefit me most to replace my 20 year old broken opener. He did give me the option to only replace the part that was broken at the moment (shredded belt) but also explained that I would likely have future problems. Then, he immediately scheduled a time to replace the opener and ordered it right away.

The part came 2 days early, so they replaced my garage door opener much sooner than expected. I don't remember my technician's name unfortunately, but he did great work, he was very nice and informative, and gave me options to choose from. I would recommend ASAP to anybody else for their repairs!

Absolutely pathetic. Substandard work, didn't do all of the work that asked to be done, and then charged us 40 minutes worth of work while he sat in our office and had lunch. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This picture was taken after their work was done. To your response, no this is not the wrong company. I am a first-time home owner and as a homeowner I want my family to feel safe and secure. Unfortunately the first week of living in my new home our garage door begin to make a terrible grinding noise and our back door was no longer sliding. Also I had no garage door openers. Whoops! So much for feeling secure when your doors aren't operating. I decided to look up for a local business in the area that could help me as quickly as possible and that's where I found ASAP Door Repair.

I gave them a call and spoke to a woman named Tasha who assured me that she could send over a repair man who was in the area in 2 hours to take a look at what was going on with my doors. 2 hours later, just like Tasha said a worker named Brian came in. He took a look at my back door and found that the rollers were completely busted. He lubed up the rollers on the door so that it was more functional until the new rollers came in.

He also took a look at my garage door and found that the former owners had not removed the lock that was placed on the side of the door. He removed the lock for me. Brian let me know that he could get the rollers and garage door openers to me by morning the next business day. By the next business day in the morning a worker named Tommy came by. He was friendly and ready to get started on replacing the rollers.

I was amazed how quickly he removed my entire patio door. And now it's working like new! Next he set up my door openers. I mentioned to him I was still hearing alot of clanging from the door shutting. Tommy lubed up the wheels and adjusted it. Now it's not banging like a tin can in a garbage disposal. I am so happy with the excellent service that ASAP door repair provided me. They were quick, efficient and affordable.

Very quick and good work! We had an issue with our door getting caught coming down and one of the tension cables popped off the drum, causing the door to partially pop out of the track. Fixed it within the hour! Even though we had to pay $110 total with the additional labor outside of the $80 service call, it was still cheaper than anyone else we found.

One other company didn't listen to anything I had said about how the door got damaged and tried to upsell us by $300 on replacement parts - without ever having looked at the door. We would absolutely be repeat customers but hope we'll never have to be!
