K&J Windows

K&J Windows did a great job on our windows. Our salesman, Tony, was very informative and explained the whole process. We originally requested a bid for our Arizona room and a couple of windows also in the back of the house. The bid came in well under our budget, so we decided to do the whole house. Our Milgard windows came in sooner than promised.

Our installers, Jose, Jacob and Scott, did a super job installing them. They cleaned up after words and washed all the windows inside and out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with K &J windows. From working with Tony to secure a quote all the way to installation the company was easy to work with. Every question I had was answered and every time I called someone answered. Jose, Jacob and Scott did the installation and were wonderful! They worked quickly and got the job done ahead of schedule. Great guys! I will definitely use them again.

We quoted out our windows through several companies and K&J were awesome from start to finish. Jose and Jacob came out for the install and arrived on time and their precision and expertise was apparent throughout each step of the process. Excited to get the rest of our order installed in August!

Needing to replace 20+ year old windows, we chose K&J Windows based off all of the 5-star reviews. Tony was very patient and helped us select a product that best suited our needs. Unlike the other companies that gave us bids, Tony was not pushy, he is extremely knowledgeable about all of the window manufacturers and provided transparent pricing. Several of the bedrooms have west-facing windows and would get extremely hot during the warmer months.

I can say unequivocally that the new windows make a world of difference. The rooms are easily 5 to 10 degrees cooler. The installation team arrived on time and were very tidy. We did notice that one of the windows was missing some interior trim. However, the office staff was very quick to handle the situation and get the trim ordered. Don't waste your time with the other companies that advertise on TV.

Save yourself the grief of high pressure sales tactics and fuzzy math when it comes to pricing. K&J's prices are reasonable, their customer service is excellent and the whole process is stress-free.

We had K & J windows install 25 brand new windows, a side door and change a French door to a sliding door. I cannot even begin to say what a wonderful experience it was. From the salesman who came to the house with no nonsense pricing gimmicks, to scheduling and the installation crew everyone was nice, respectful and professional, on time. Even when our dog escaped!

The best part is how they handled adversity. Any company can do a great job when things go well, a truly good company handles adversity with prompt responses and resolution. Our first snag was when replacing the side door we found the previous homeowners had the door installed on top of electrical wiring. They sealed the opening and had to wait for us to get an electrician to move the wires.

Then the manufacturer cut one window 4 inches to short, they were on the phone immediately with the company to have a new window ordered and installed in less than 3 weeks, amazing. I never had to call to follow up, they always called me and kept their promises.

Nick and his crew showed up on time, got right to work, cleaned up as the went along and did a fantastic job. Nick walked the job with me and ensured I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Cody was very professional and answered all our questions on the windows and the install process. The quote was reasonable to replace 9 windows in our 70's block home so we hired them. It did take a few months for the windows to come in, but they did come in a month ahead of schedule. K&J was able to get us scheduled for the install right away. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous and clean. They did a great job on the install and we are very happy.

Had an appointment scheduled for almost a week and received an email confirming my appointment. The day/time of my appointment, no one showed up. I received a call an hour later saying there was a mix-up and they can reschedule it. I took a vacation day off of work and waited around, what a waste! The lady who called to reschedule was unfriendly and unapologetic and acted like it was no big deal. In looking at other "reviews" on here, it seems like most of the 5-star reviews all say the same thing and are all from new Yelp accounts with no other review. just saying.

Cody came out today to give me an estimate on window. He was very professional and advised that I really don't need new windows at this time and suggested solutions for the problems lead me to think I needed new windows. I appreciate his honest assessment.

Just had my windows installed that I purchased through K&J Windows and Jose, Jacob and Scott did the installation. Jose and his men were very professional, friendly, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and were quick. Very impressed with the company and the installers. Would recommend to my friends and family.

From sales all the way to installation! These guys are awesome! Ryan was excellent during the sales process educating us on the various options and quality of the windows. The installation team Jose manages is precise and truly diligent with their work! They cleaned all the windows by hand and made sure everything was perfect! I scouted multiple quotes for this job as it was a whole house replacement and will say K&J was not the cheapest but I truly feel they provide the best value for the money!

The office crew were super easy to work with as well, they didn't always have all the answers on hand but they never failed to follow through to find the answers. Couldn't ask for more.

K&J Windows replaced all the windows, french doors and changed a large 12' sitting room window into a slider in my 1979 brick home in Gilbert. From the outset they were great. Tony came to do the quote and was extremely knowledgeable and able to talk through the options. Although the installation was delayed a few times, due to supply chain issues, the office always kept me informed and worked with me to find dates and times that would work.

Then when Dennis and his crew came to do the install I was just blown away by their work. They were courteous and professional, clean and above all fast. The install is great quality work and I'm really pleased with the results. If I had more doors and windows to install, I would definitely use them again.

Had new windows installed today. The crew was very professional and efficient. Everything look great! They cleaned up their mess and I can't even tell they were here. I had several quotes and follow ups with other companies. K and J was the only one who didn't tag on a bunch of unnecessary fees. I would definitely recommend K and J Windows

We got quotes from 4 places including K&J. Cody came out and right off the bat I knew this was going to be different. The sales people from Window World, Anderson, etc. were like used car salesmen with uncomfortable urgency and aggressive sales pitches. Cody with K&J is obviously an expert with windows and doors, and he was patient and detailed in generating the quote for exactly the windows and doors we wanted.

We had many questions and changes and Cody was patient and knowledgeable with his responses and advice. While other company's quotes looked like scribbles on a pre-printed form, the K&J quote had every window and door clearly described and pictured to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The Milgard windows are very high quality and we already notice an improvement in heat, noise, and energy efficiency.

Final project price was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies. Installation took place on the promised time and date. Installers were respectful and professional and completed the work with good attention to detail, the windows were installed properly with every trim piece and caulk seam perfectly applied. The installation was fantastic! I am very happy with windows, they were just installed today! I must say that I was told the window install would happen within 10 weeks, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! Yes they were installed almost 8 weeks after the original wait time! I am not impressed with k&j because their only excuse was that it was manufacturer delays! The will not get the chance to do the other half of my house! My contract was with K& J, and all they did was blame on the manufacturer. BEWARE!

After extensive quotes and research of various companies to have all of our windows and front door replaced we chose K&J Windows. We are extremely glad we did! Darin's professionalism from the first day provided us confidence in his work. He went through every detail, provided good suggestions on selecting windows, followed up on all questions and was very patient with us.

Office staff was very helpful in competing the quote and returned calls promptly. Nick and his crew were very thorough in removing the old windows, installing the new Milgard Ultra Series windows and cleaning up the site. Everything was top notch. The stucco job after the window installation was great and matched the existing texture. We highly recommend K&J if you are in the need of replacement windows or doors.

These guys were really great from start to finish. Tony was very professional and helpful while I was choosing a window type, the measurer was on time and thorough, and the installers (Joe and another guy whose name I didn't get) did an amazing job and I'm super happy with the results. I would recommend K&J to anyone!

Called four times and emailed and they never followed through in regards to a quote. If they can't call back now what will happen if they had my business and money.

Sadly, they weren't able to help as we apparently have commercial windows in our home but Tony was very knowledgeable and spent time offering suggestions for me anyway.

K & J windows was one of 5 companies I called to get an estimate for replacing a sliding door. My service experience with them was the worst of the 5 companies. CJ answered the phone when I called. He has little ability to provide a friendly customer service interaction, He scheduled an appt for the estimator to come out. He called me back and left a message to see if they could give me a price over vs. sending the estimator.

When I called him back he told me they were real busy. He told me they were scheduled 10-12 weeks out before they could install the door. It sure would have been nice to know that in our first conversation. I only found out because he didn't want to send someone one out to measure the door.

We chose K&J for our upgrade to dual-pane windows. Cody provided expert in-house guidance on options (quality options like Milgard). The crew came today to install: they were clean, professional, and skilled. Very happy w the install, the quality of the windows, and the overall effort to do a good job and to get us the exact custom windows we wanted, all for a fair price.

I got quotes from 4 companies and the K & J quote was the best by far. In fact, at first I thought there had to be a mistake. Cody took the time to come back over to walk me through every detail and showed me where the other companies were assuming upgrades for me that I didn't want or need. I appreciate Cody's no nonsense, cut to the chase approach.

It took me few months to pull the trigger. Cody kept himself top of mind in my emails, but was never pushy or over the top.for that I'm grateful. He came back over AGAIN to refresh my understanding on everything and it was a go. The next guy in the process was the dude who came for final measurements. I don't remember his name, but he was courteous and ALSO took the time to make sure my expectations were in line.

The wait for the product wasn't too bad and then came the day of installation. So, by this time, I'm working from home due to Covid & I'm stressing because I'm imagining that its going to loud and dusty and distracting. Boy, was I wrong. They installed every window in my house and 3 sliders in a matter of one day. Nick and the guys (Solo, Carlos, Scott & Gary) we so professional and efficient.

With my headphones on working, I hardly knew there were there until they got to my office window, and there seemed to be no mess during the process and they left my house cleaner than when they started! Nick walked me through every room and we tested and discussed each window before heading out. Guys, can I just say, my windows are beautiful compared!

I had no idea what i was missing with those old 1980's windows. These block out the sound and the heat. Total upgrade. The only thing they could improve would be to provide ACH payment online. Otherwise.solid products & service. Thanks K&J Windows.

Five stars! They delivered a quality product at a fair priced. Tony the salesperson didn't try to up sell me on more than I needed. The install was quick and painless, and done ahead of what was originally quoted. Would recommend, would use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. First I really liked the no pressure sales process. Tony came out and measured the windows and sent me a quote shortly thereafter via email giving me the chance to consider the quote and not be forced into making an on the spot choice I may not be comfortable with. Price was reasonable, Windows came in on time, installers were efficient and left everything very clean and the windows look great. I highly recommend K&J.

We bid out a fairly large project of 21 windows to five different window contractors. K&J was timely, communicative, priced well and provided good options for the level and type of windows we were looking for. The windows came in timely and their installers completed the task in two days without any issues. They even cleaned up another window that was installed by the previous homeowner that wasn't ever sealed. I would definitely recommend K&J to anyone looking for good service and reasonably priced options.

Although I was not able to contract service with K & J Windows, they deserve a great review just for their care in responding, assessing my problem and leading me to the solution. I contacted them because a "contractor" installed french doors. The first rain storm came and a small puddle leaked inside the door. When I contacted them, they quickly let me know that they could not service the problem, but offered information to help get to the remedy. Each and every representative from K& J have been a pleasure to encounter. I am sure one day I will be contacting them to assist me with future products.

I wish I could give a long review about a positive experience with this company. You certainly think you will when you pick the #1 yelp rated windows vendor. Unfortunately, I never got that far. I called approximately a month ahead of my appointment time due to the fact that we are not in town frequently. We needed help with windows at a condo we just moved into.

After talking with the person answering the phones we scheduled an appointment for about 4 weeks away. One business day before install, I missed a call and had a voicemail from K&J cancelling my appointment. They said "They reviewed the job and it's not something they do." They gave me a different business to call (who of course can't come out on one day's notice.and we leave town again the next day).

If its not something they do, how did they figure that out when the person scheduling said that they DID do that? Why wait until the day before? Unfortunately, just led to a frustrated "potential" customer.

Wow! My only regret is that I didn't do ALL my windows! Atleast I know who to call when I'm ready for the other half! These guys were absolutely the best, from start to finish. Not to mention they were litterly half the price as my other qoute! So many other great things to say, but best if all they left my house cleaner then when they came, I couldnt believe it! Thank you guys, will definitely be using you guys again!

Cody came out for a quote & gave me lots of information about options for installation. He explained everything in great detail, including drawing pictures. He also returned a 2nd time after I decided not to go forward in the future with stucco, which apparently changes everything about the install. The issue I had was too much information, which sometimes can be confusing & was so for me. That's my fault more than his.

I mention this because it mattered once I saw the install & it wasn't what I expected. My home is very old & presented challenges. I expressed my concern/anxiety to Jeff & he immediately called the office to discuss options. Cody called me later in the day with an option that would fix the aesthetic concern I had & plans to get back to me with a quote for that.

I had all windows and a slider installed. They started about an hour and a half late but called before their scheduled arrival time to let me know. When they were picking up windows, they noticed a dent in one window & called me immediately to let me know, but had already taken a photo for Milgard, notified Milgard & started a claim for replacement.

They installed it in the meantime because it's just a cosmetic issue. Jeff and the entire crew were friendly, efficient and very careful with all my walls, floors, etc. Everything was covered to avoid dust and when they left you'd never know they had been here. These guys worked long and hard to give me beautiful replacement windows & I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, the install & the look of the windows

This whole team was outstanding. From start to finish. I wish they did more than windows. This was a completed window and door replacement of our house It started with Cody. He was professional and explained all of our options in a low pressure environment. Once we decided to go with K & J, they never disappointed throughout the project. The team kept us informed during the ordering stage.

Once the windows arrived, they kept their word on the installation start and completion times. The installation team of Nick, Solo, Carlos, Scott, Gary, and Pepe were unbelievable. They were on time every day. At the end of each day, we came home to clean house. They even let our dog out during the day. We kept waiting the bad news to start with a project of this size. It never did. They exceeded all of our expectations.

It has been a year since the installation and my selection for K&J Windows installation. Everything is as good as day one. Nice and easy to clean, cooler in summer, and a lot more quieter. I have no regret for my selection. Thank you again.

Darren went above and beyond to make everything right and the follow up actions were taken care of so well, that I even decided to go with K&J to replace my doors and sidelights after all. My wife and I had some major remodeling done in our back yard and had been thinking about some new windows on the back elevation only. As we considered this more we decided to get estimates for the entire house.

Just installed new Cascade windows with reflective solar glazing throughout the house. From UV shades before to sunny, rich color and 60 Low E glass that stops the glare and cold wind. In love with the look, hated to reinstall.
