Avanti Industries Avanti Industries began in 1985 as a window distributor in Phoenix, Arizona. What started as a small family operation quickly grew to a large company known for exceptional customer relations. Avanti served many homebuilders throughout Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Colorado and Hawaii. The company experienced exceptional growth until being acquired by the Jeld-Wen family of companies in 1996.

In 2014 Avanti Industries opened in Glendale, Arizona as a manufacturer, distributor and installation company of vinyl windows and patio doors. We feature both new build and retrofit products. We look forward to enhancing your view!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is awful. They continued to push out my date for replacement of 8 windows to a NEW home. They constantly scheduled appointments and never showed up. It was so frustrating. They didn't even consider calling me to tell they weren't showing up. I definitely would never recommend this company.

When I tell you this place is not only unorganized but Cesar the guy who loaded my trailer literally pushed two skids through my trailer wall, which I didn't catch until the following day. How are you so much in a rush that you don't pay attention to what you're doing. There was plenty of space in my trailer that they didn't even need too be up against the wall! Best believe you all will be hearing from my insurance company really soon!

The frames are made out of plastic and break. We have 500,000 home and one week after we moved in it cracked. They refuse to fix it. The windows have air coming through them. We did the match test to see how much air would come through. The flame would move constantly and then blow totally out I would never have these windows. The customer service stinks. Buyer beware!

Update: Haven't Heard Anything Back Came apon this place looking for glazing bead. Brought in a sample to make sure they had it, sure enough they said they had it. Came home and realized it's totally different. Went back to get them replaced. Met Sage, who said he can help but didn't have the glazing bead I needed. So I expected a refund since they were purchased.

I had the reciept and glazing bead trims. I'm not sure why this wasn't handled right away. Sage told me he had to speak to customer service first before a refund can be issued, which I agreed to so we exchanged numbers to keep in contact. 3 days later, I text message him to see where I stand with this refund and he says he hasn't heard back from customer service.

Another 4 days passed and I text him again. He said, he's still waiting for customer service and is waiting to hear back from his manager. He mentions he'll get this resolved ASAP. A week and 2 days later, heard nothing back. I don't expect a refund at this point. Wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for a solution to a 70.00 refund.

These guys are clearly disorganized and over whelmed. They handled the windows at Canyon View for Pulte Homes. Our property closed on 9/21/2021 and they installed a door with a faulty seal. After several attempts to get them to come out and replace the faulty door; they finally showed up WITH THE WRONG DOOR in Jan 2022. 75 Days after incident we have had zero communication from them and still have a faulty door.

Sloppy. Rude. Poor quality. When I asked about the strips that were falling off the windows, the worker said 'there all like that.' My contractor (IQ Builders) brought them in. I'd never hire them after this experience.

Broke a leg in a car accident and once I had recovered I tried to go back to work I had paper work and apparently I didn't have a job anymore! In my understanding if your in a accident and ur unable to work as long as you have paper work you can come back when fully recovered but I guess not at Avanti! HR chooses if you have a job or not I guess. Could of been receiving unemployment if I knew I was fired for braking a leg! Definitely will be talking with a lawyer!

This place is well unorganized even though my co workers were hella cool the job itself was a bit boring the parking is horrible. I try to communicate with HR and he was just disappointing im sorry but this was a bad experience for me. I pretty much got let go by my supervisor because my son got so sick and had to get him tested for covid. Then I got sick and i was reaching out to HR but he was saying let me email your supervisor and see whats going on. im like email?

He's 30 steps away from you and you are going to email him?! What a great HR! Then i call back he said well he didn't respond. I was like WHAT! HR was so lazy i couldn't believe it. They can careless about their employees. Its about number not the people working. Orientation and the interview was all lies. But nowadays that's how a lot of company's get you i guess bad things happening is the new normal. Good luck and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Worst work experience I've ever seen this company is so unorganized and such shorts staff then want to slave the workers for 14 hour shift with a pay at 13.50 then have new higher get paid 17.50

We live in a brand new Greystar community that contracted this company to do windows and sliders in the townhouses. Terrible quality and competency. We've had our sliding glass door fixed 2 times already in 2 months for it to STILL not work. The first time someone came and drilled the frame of the door into the concrete below the door which did all of absolutely nothing.

The second time, they replaced the track and repaired the rollers, the door slid normally for all of about 2 days and now all of a sudden doesn't slide. again. I'm not an expert but they seem incompetent. It appears the frame bows out as if it was measured incorrectly by a small amount, which is actually incredibly significant when you're talking about a glass door that is a specific size. It seems this issue won't get resolved though.

This is the window company that Taylor Morrison uses, one of the worst subcontractors for them, and there are a few. Avoid at all costs! If you want to be the hamster on their hamster wheel or you just want to inflict some pain on yourself by all means chose Avanti.

They kinda messed up my order. But who cares for the price I saved going with these guys I could replace my windows 6 times for the same price it would have cost me at other places. As for Lupe's contact info. He's the guy who replaced my windows. He gets them thru this company and installs them for $100 per window and $250 for a slider door. I had 9 windows and 3 sliding glass doors replaced in my house and only paid $4,400 for the windows AND sliding glass doors with installation.

For comparison the other companies quoted me anywhere between 20,000-35,000. They wanted 8,000 to replace just one sliding glass door! Insanity I see people are leaving bad reviews due to customer service. I personally didn't have any issues but even if I did I'd still leave a 5 star. I don't mind making a few extra calls to save that much money

Terrible products! Please check with your home builder if they intend on installing their products in your new home. Warranty issues are nearly impossible to resolve with these clowns. Expect lies, the runaround and super cheaply built products. I advise anyone to stay away from this company. Terrible all around.

I don't even know where to begin! This was the condition of our cafe window on install (closing). It was supposed to be replaced, now it's been over 2 months and several "reschedules" because they don't have parts!?

Inner window pane cracked 1.5 years after house was built. Builder said to call Avanti as they were the installer. When they called me back to set up the repair, they demanded full payment up front before scheduling. Then on the scheduled day (today) they called and said they couldn't do the work because of the weather. Yes, it's sprinkling.

It does that here in the spring. Of all the work I've had done on my house, nobody has required payment before scheduling (or, indeed, before completion), and nobody rescheduled for any reason. Even my solar installer was more competent than this, and I thought they were the worst. Apparently I was wrong. We've rescheduled for Monday morning, which is the middle of the night as far my swing-shift self is concerned. Window better be replaced on time and done right.

Not a good quality window or slider. The glass is wavy on the slider, which shouldn't be there. If I had a choice it wouldn't be this company!

Tried everything I could to get retrofit windows for both the home I am selling and the new home. I guess my cash is no good here? No calls back or when I do get through all I get is the run around that oh yeah so and so handles it- I'll have him call you. when things are good you might have a lot of work but people remember that when the economy turns. I really don't understand how this company can stay in business with such terrible customer service.

I have to say after only being in this brand new home for just 1y-7mo, our Avanti Windows leak like a sieve on all windows. We get high winds and frequent dust storms out here at Eastmark at Ray and Ellsworth, and our windows let in so much of that dust it's almost unbearable! All the bottom tracks to our sliding glass doors are mud pits!, and all the bottom tracks to the windows are dust and mud collection zones as well.

I have to constantly dust off the baseboards next to the sliders, clean out and vacuum the slide tracks, as well as constantly vacuum and wipe the dust from all the window tracks as well as the window pains, not to mention I have to generally dust off all my furniture at least once a week! I'm just so disappointed with these windows. This has to be the worst system of windows I've ever encountered in my entire life!

And I'm 54 as of this writing! If I could afford Pella Windows all of these would be yanked out in a heartbeat! If you have an option on windows, I wouldn't get these! Save yourself! Good luck.

Terrible company. Made 4 appointments with them to get 2 windows replaced. The first appointment they didn't have the right windows, the second appointment the glass broke on the way to our house (no one called us, after waiting for 4 hours we called and they told us), the third appointment I called and made sure they would be at my house on time with the windows, they said yes- showed up 2 hours late with NO windows AGAIN! Finally on the fourth visit they were on time and had all the supplies. DO NOT book with them. They are so disorganized, not professional, and will waste your time.

We built our home 12 years ago and to my dismay when we went to sell our home we were informed we had 8 blown seals on our Avanti windows. We are the original owners I do not even understand how this is possible. One of the windows is our front window which has not been used and has been under the covered front porch. I also found out many of our neighbors are having the same issues. Even if a product has a six year warranty it should not have this many issues and need 1600 in repairs.

I recently got my patio door replaced with Avanti. My home is an older brick model with an odd sized door. Avanti came out and measured and provided an excellent price. Once I approved the price, they contacted me quickly to set up an appointment. The installers called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly and were professional.
