We bought our house a couple years ago and had some of the windows replaced but not all. When it came to replacing the rest of the windows, we decided to go with Krasiva Windows because they gave us the best deal for good windows. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even had to make some adjustments due to them using the existing frames of the old windows. The team was great from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Update: After installing the doors, I had to return/exchange an extra lock set I bought. I verified that since I was not getting the locks I wouldn't be billed for them. Two weeks later I check my statement to see they did bill the full amount. Frustrating yes, but not terrible. 2-3 weeks later they install the lock set and again I verify that we are even.

Now about a month later I get a bill for said lock set. Also frustrating. Owner reached out to apologize for the mix-up. Showed me they do care about the customer. I bought two exterior doors and they are great. From sales to installation to staining, everyone was professional and sought to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I got a Mahogany stain and these fiberglass doors look like real wood!

I love my new Krasiva windows. I had them installed in Jan '22 and I give 5 stars for both the product and the service. The windows are beautiful and let in so much more light now that I don't need solar screens. Even better, my house is much more quiet. I live on a semi-busy residential street and the road noise has been reduced considerably. The windows are very nice looking, much better on both the inside and out than the builder grade windows from the 90's I had before.

And much easier to keep clean. As for the installation, the crew at my house that day was amazingly fast, well organized, had a step-by-step process set up that made the install go very quickly and smoothly. They were even able to deal with the difficult framing of a couple of my windows without missing a beat. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves; leaving no mess behind inside or out. And most importantly they were professional, well spoken, polite and answered all my questions. I highly recommend both the product and the Krasiva team.

We hired Krasiva to replace all of the windows and doors in our home, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Each step of the process was painless and straightforward, from the ordering to the installation days. The installation crew was polite and accommodating of our rotating menagerie of pets and children and left everything cleaned up each day. Every part of the window upgrade project in my house was a pleasure thanks to Krasiva. From the time the sales team walked into our house until the installation crew left a few months later, my wife and I were very pleased. We weren't the easiest client. We changed the order during the process, and we asked them to hold off installation after the windows showed up for a couple of weeks. However, Krasiva didn't miss a beat and were very accommodating.

As for the windows, I couldn't be happier. I definitely have the best-looking windows in my neighborhood. The installation crew was professional and did a masterful job during install. The installation took a little longer than projected, but it was due to the care the crew took to make sure the work was done correctly, not quickly. Very good experience overall! Given we were already in the market for new windows, the sales pitch, while lengthy, was informative and helpful. Engaging with the sales team was not cumbersome and very streamlined. Lead time for actually getting the windows was as expected, given supply chain concerns, and the projected delivery date was met as expected.

Install was very pleasant and the team worked with us to ensure that the order matched what could be handled given that both my wife and I were working from home at the time. One window did get slightly scratched during transit, but the installer saw it prior to install, called out the need for a replacement window, made the order and the replacement window was installed without incident. Overall, a very good experience for such a large purchase and many different stages over a number of months! I'd very much suggest Krasiva be included when shopping for new windows/doors.

The windows look better than what we expected. Our house is much quieter now. The heater comes on way less. It's nice not to have sun screens. The installation crew was very neat, cleaning up the mess, and doing a very neat job both with the removal and replacement. They answered my questions politely and professionally. The windows were installed quickly and with minimum disturbance of our household actives. These windows look great. These pictures are from the inside and the outside of our living room.

Although I didn't purchase anything from them, I just wanted to give them a good review to commend them for good communication and no pressure tactics. Mike Goldman, the sales rep was very informative and tried to get the best deal, unfortunately it was way over what I expected.

This has taken me a little while to get to writing, but I just wanted to share my happiness with my new doors while I still had the chance. About a month ago I had four new doors installed after Krasiva's wonderful job with my windows. Yet again, the service and quality of the work was amazing. It's such a relief to be able to open, close, and lock all my problem doors now, because with the winter getting colder and colder I'd be spending a small fortune by now trying to heat my house with the old doors. When I purchased my home a year ago, it was obvious that the windows needed to be replaced. Exterior gaskets were cracked and dried out, and the thought of using expensive shutters to keep out the heat and sunshine made no sense to me. I bought the house in part because of the many windows, including seven clerestory windows that added a cheerful, bright feel to the home.

Living in dark rooms all day long was out of the question. Krasiva windows were the solution. It used to be that my home had hot areas during certain times of the day. It was extremely easy. The salesperson came, showed us the samples, and gave us a quote all in the same visit. Installers came and wasted no time and we're done with all 6 windows in a day and a half, leaving only painting the trim for us.

We had a very positive experience with Krasiva Windows, from the salesperson through the installation. Our home was built in 1994 and the old aluminum frame windows and patio door were not energy efficient by today's standards. The Krasiva estimate we received from Nick was informative and reasonable in price given the high-quality product and the excellent energy ratings.

We replaced all the large windows and the three-panel patio door. The installation crew (Richard and Adam) completed the job in four days as estimated. They did excellent work, from carefully removing the blinds, to removing the old windows, installing the new windows, and sealing and trimming the edges, and replacing the blinds. They were very conscientious and had impressive attention to details, including matching the existing stucco texture seamlessly around the newly installed patio door. We highly recommend Krasiva Windows.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. In just a month and a half I have brand new beautiful windows that have been installed perfectly. From the time of the estimate, to the day of installation, every single person from this company has been nothing but friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I think the highlight for me was the day of installation, because when I received the call that my windows were ready I was told installation would normally take three to four days with one crew, so I was promised that two crews would show up to make things go faster before the weather got too hot.

The first day only one crew arrived. Now, normally that would be a bad thing, but Nick and his crew (special shout out to Carlos, Scott, Solo, and Larry) were able to complete the job within eight hours and I can't say it enough: Everything was perfect. The crew Krasiva sent blew me away. They treated my house like it was their own, and what I mean by that is they took extra special care when they had to move things, keep from tracking dirt in from outside, and put everything back where it had been before they arrived.

The whole crew worked like a symphony together. They joked, they laughed, they measured and measured again, they cleaned up after themselves; they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. I really can't say enough about my opinion of the quality work Krasiva puts into their products either. Every window was beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. Funnily enough, an hour after the crew had finished and left, a small rainstorm blew over my house, and not a leak was found (the old windows however, failed in that department so I was glad my new ones were sealed properly). Waited 5 months for new patio door for my Phoenix home. First four months after Perry telling me it would be 10-12 weeks. No real explanation. After four months, installers arrived only to determine after half an hour that the wrong frame had been sent. Yes, Derrick said manufacturer issue, but I had to wait another month for a frame from California. Joe and Chris did a great installation job - put a barrier to keep dust out of house and cleaned up pretty well.

I do love the door. Was a little disappointed in lack of finish work. They did install new trim work on interior, but did not fill nail holes or caulk around the outside of the trim. Apparently, the only had black caulk to match door. Also, they cut my tile rather badly in a couple of places, but used my grout to cover the issue. Only 4 stars because 5 months is too long to wait for a door from California, charge extra to use credit cards, completion work not up to my expectations, and paperwork using actual carbon (like from the 1970's).

You guys need to move into the 21st century. Last company I worked with used email for estimates and ongoing communications, used tablets to sign off on installation and accepted credit card payments. Installers should not be collecting paper checks and getting blue/black fingers from carbon paper.

I was very impressed with the quality of the windows by the salesman and their 'thermal' quality. Decided to make the decision to have them installed. The install team was professional, polite and courteous and answered all my questions during install. I would highly recommend the double pane windows by Krasiva to anyone considering making this upgrade to their house.

When I kept hearing you needed to upgrade your windows, I started to research, ask for recommendations and get estimates. I selected this company and so glad I did. Roger the salesman was patient, explaining all aspects of the need to upgrade, different options and recommendations. Randall and Nathan were here today and installed 4 windows and back tomorrow for the rest. Quick, professional and cleaned as each window was installed. My husband and I love our new windows! They were very fast and efficient installing the windows. The windows are so clear and keep the sound and heat out.

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

Krasiva was a bit higher for an estimate than one I currently obtained, but they responded immediately via Yelp and scheduled the estimate right away. I was given a time and they showed up on time. They were very candid and let me know up front their estimate would be a little higher than the one I currently obtained from another local business. Despite them not being able to assist me, they were forthright and professional about the project I wanted done.

This company is fantastic. They did a wonderful job covering up the gables, soffit, fascia with siding to make hour home rejuvenated and modern. Our home is 37 years old brick and the siding brought it into the modern age. From the time we signed the contract to the finished work it was close to a month which to us was very fast. They were thorough and answered very detailed the questions we had.

The installer Randy was excellent and friendly. We also had the house painted by them and the painters did a phenomenal job. We are planning on doing some interior remodeling in the near future and will definitely use them again. If you're looking for some exterior upgrades or replenishing definitely use exterior remodelers of America you won't be disappointed, nervous or concerned about the project!!

Krasiva is wonderful. I recently had a large kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door, and had the window over the kitchen sink replaced, the window over the front door and side panel replaced, and the two large front bedroom windows replaced. I was so pleased with the difference the windows made in the front bedrooms with noise and cold air, that I decided to have them replace the windows in my bedroom, so they will be coming back when the windows arrive.

I have requested that the two men who did the work return to install my bedroom windows. They were professional and personable. Perry, my sales representative also stopped by to check everything out while the men were working. I appreciated the concern the company has that everything is done right. We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

A bit late but I just wanted to share my great experience with Krasiva. Over a year ago, We had a huge single pane glass sliding door in our great room which we wanted to replace. They were going door to door in our neighborhood spreading the word about their wonderful products. Since We were in the market for a new door anyway, we scheduled a consult for someone to come out and give us a quote.

The man we met with was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and needless to say, we were very impressed with the presentation and the amazing price that was quoted so we jumped on it. The process was quick and easy, the installers were very thorough, quiet, and clean with their work and it didn't take very long at all! Not to mention the incredible quality of the door and glass. I have more windows in the future I need replaced and I will be using them again for sure!

He took the time to make sure we had all of our questions answered about the products and service. After about 6 weeks our windows were ready and an appointment was made for the install. We had one window pain that was broken from the factory that was re-ordered and later replaced (took 10 minutes with cleaning). We love our new door! Krasiva was easy to work with, and the door was delivered at the time promised. Kurt and Josh, who did the installation, were very professional and efficient.
