Design/Build combines planning and design, procurement, negotiation and scheduling as a construction delivery method versus the traditional design-bid-build process. It provides for a single point of responsibility for the success of a project and can reduce the total duration of a project by allowing construction to begin prior to design completion.

Customers realize the benefit in reducing energy consumption/usage costs as well as demand costs. I have used NEI Electric on many occasions. Chris has been very easy to work with and he has done a wonderful job on all my requests. I had my outdoor electrical box moved (from the pole to the house) and electrical to my pavilion and many other various projects in the home. I can trust that the job will be done to my satisfaction every time.

Our electrician, Jesse, was the best. He completed the job ahead of schedule and is coming back to install fixtures we ordered that did not arrive in time. We are very pleased with the work and improvements that were done. N. E. I. Electric has my highest recommendation. Jessie, the electrician that has been to my home is prompt and does a great job. He is very pleasant, answers my questions and is all around a great representative for NEI. I have talked to Anthony in the office a couple of times and he is pleasant and extremely helpful too! All around a great company to do business with.
