Cameron is super efficient and friendly. He always calls ahead and provides an excellent service. I don't have any issues with pest or rodents but use the service for maintenance purposes now and don't stop because they're so responsibly priced. We just switched to Delk at the beginning of this year so are new with them, but they beat the price of our old servicer significantly. Spiders are really bad this year and Delk and our service man Daniel are willing to try various things to help. Can't say enough kind things about Daniel. We have had Delk for a few years. When it comes to cutting back- we look at removing other services from of life costs- and not Delk! Why? They have the best customer service. We recently moved to Lodi And I was interested in hiring a pest control company. Last month I saw a Delk Pest Control truck across the street from my house. I made contact with the driver, Daniel. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me his business card. I contacted the company and they sent an estimator out to look at the house and property.

Sorry I don't remember his name, but he was also polite and knowledgeable. His estimate was the same as what Daniel had told me. Daniel came out the following week, got rid of any cobwebs and sprayed wherever I wanted him to spray. I won't see them for another two months, unless there are issues and I call. I am giving them a 4 instead of 5 because the estimator said the office would be contacting me to set up a date and time for a spraying but after a few days I had to call them to book an appointment. Overall I am satisfied with the service and would recommend this company.

I have been using Delk for several years. They are always professional, friendly and courteous. Derek is wonderful and always cleans up any cob webs before he sprays. He gives us a courtesy call the day before he visits to let us know he is coming, since we have a dog. I highly recommend Delk!

Amazing! Have been using this service for a little over a yr. This company offers different methods to when to come spray your area. Which is also a great feature. Not one single bug pop's up after they leave. As a new mother, Having Delk Pest Control for my family meant. That I was making sure no bugs would get near my child during the day or night. having so many water bugs around in my area. living behind a cannel has its share of spiders, and insects, etc. Especially during the winter and hot summer's. Have been with Delk Pest Control ever since! Safety is in their business.

I started to see a number of insects coming in the house and garage. Delk Pest Control came out for an estimate of a bi-monthly contract. No initial treatment was required since it is a newly built home. Few days after spraying the outside and in the garage I began to see dead insects in the garage and outside near the walls of the house. I continue to see dead insects daily and have not seen any insects in the house. Great job Delk!

Poor customer service. They asked for my number. They told me so mi one would reach out to me to discuss pricing. I never recieved a call, voicemail, email, or a follow up message.

We founds Delk's Pest Control On Yelp. We also found a lot of other pest control companies on Yelp. No one could fit us in or evening come out for a simple quote. Delk's set up with an appointment right away for a simple quote & services us the same day. Now I'm scheduled for a free follow up too. Tim who came out was super nice, gave us advice & did the job we asked him to do.

He clean the webs for free too. Other companies said that was an additional charge but not Delk's. I didn't have to sign a contract like I was told with another company. I'm so happy with Delk's & look forward to calling them back n the future.

I called on Monday to make an appointment for regular service. The person on the phone took my information and address and said someone would be calling me. A man called about 2 minutes later was very nice and we set up an appointment for Wednesday between 12-2. He said the technician would text to let me know when to expect him. I took time off work to make sure I was available.

At 1:45, I called the company to see if anyone was coming. The woman informed me they had no record of my address or ever calling. She asked if I would like to setup an appt and I said no. That would have been easy business for them that just walked out the door. I read another review that was similar so beware! No need to reach out from management, we found someone who came out same day and was great! They got our business.

My service guy is Jake and I absolutely love him! He does an excellent job each and every time! He is very conscientious and does exactly what he should every time! Thank you Jake

Keith who came out last year and was wonderful! He didn't leave me in the situation without completely getting rid of the fleas. Brad had been wonderful to help me to get rid of the rats. He went under the mobile home on a rolling cart and placed the traps and came back till they were completely gone as well as educating me as what I could do. Having rats are creepy and horrible and Delk was a very thorough and compassionate service. They have always been my go-to pest company and had the very nicest employees.

This company sucks! I have made appointment between 8-10 and no one showed up! I called the company the day before and they confirmed my appointment for Friday 8-10 and when I called at 1030 the day of appointment to find out qhere they are they said they dont have appointment today it was yesterday. Why qpuld they confirm that it was Friday and I only have 1 day off which is Friday and now My half a day is wasted for this unproffesional company!

The girl was mean and saying well I ask you if this was your first appoint and you said yes. And she meant first appointment is checking and bidding for price! I said First appointment for spraying! So nevermind! Wont get your business!

Brad Delk came in and reviewed my issue. If you also consider Termite treatment, Delk always gives the first and affordable option. I will always support local and this is where Delk's should be your first choice!

I called Delk for a pest problem I had at my mothers residence and was given a window of 11-1pm and 5 minutes before 11 they were already there! Amazing service, very kind, thorough, & professional! I would definitely recommend Delk to ANYBODY!

BASED OFF INSPECTION MATT came in to do an INSPECTION for bed bugs and he called me the day of my appointment and was able to come in EARLIER than expected! Which is good when you're paranoid and worried about a pest issue! I originally called in TERMINIX and the person came 2 HOURS LATE. And did a very quick search. I showed him a picture and he glanced and said oh yup that's bed bugs and then told me that he would send me a report. It's been about 5 days and I still have not gotten a report! MATT however was able to send me the REPORT about an hour after he left! SAME DAY. Turns out I don't have bed bugs, but he was pretty informative and able to answer the questions that I had at that time.

He began the inspection with my dad so I wasn't there the whole time. But when I was he made sure to look carefully. I ALSO like that their CAR is normal and doesn't scream "PEST CONTROL" to the neighbors.

This company is very dependable and provide great services. We are purchasing a home and they were very reasonable in their inspection charge. They completed the problem area and had the completion notice sent to our lender within an hour of completion.

We initially tried to handle our termite situation by going through Terminix- big mistake. I should have checked the reviews on here first; we had a similar experience that many reviewers have had with them. Headache from start to finish. Contrast that with DELK! Night and day difference from our dealings with Terminix. Friendly, knowledgable, responsive; the office staff at DELK were flawless! Scheduling an inspection was painless, and the inspector(Brad Delk) arrived right on the dot.

He explained the whole process, all the options, quoted a fair price for the treatment, and generally put our minds at ease about the whole thing. (For first time home owners, TERMITES=major stress.) We felt 100% confident in choosing their service, and would absolutely recommend(and have) DELK to our friends and neighbors.
