Called the owner of the company and was planning to hire him for a pest inspection and a home inspection. Surprised by his rude attitude. I asked him about his license information, and he started asking my personal information and my company's information and what company I work for and my license information. I told him why he is asking personal information about people who wants to hire him, and he said because you asked me about my company.

I said I asked since I plan to hire you, and then he said I have enough work and I do not want to do your job. It's unbelievably how rude he is and he even called me back and said stop bothering my employees. I did txt his employee for a definite cancellation since his employee earlier confirmed a house inspection appt. His employee never txt me back and told me they need to cancel the appt. I txted her to get a definite no. Unbelievably not professional, rude and no business ethics followed. DO NOT HIRE!

A family member worked for them and they never paid for the services rendered. Resulting in a non payment of over $3,500.00. After several attempts to contact direct owner/supervisor (Felipe) and no response. They simply stopped answering phone calls and when the owner did answer he requested my family member go in person to the main office to pick up payment, which then refused to even receive them.

Once again still no payment. A complete waste of time and energy. Very unprofessional and rude. In my personal opinion this is what we call exploiting a hard worker and taking advantage of a job well done. Please don't use this company

The home inspection was fine. Did not miss anything. The pest and roof inspection was horrible. They did not show up for their appointment on the day they promised. We did not get a call, email, text or no notification whatsoever. 3 days later I had to call and verify that the inspection was made. When I called the office, they said that they were backed up on the day they promised to show up so they had to reschedule on a different day.

On the 4th day I literally had to call 5 times to get them to send me my reports. When I received my pest and roof reports my name was spelled wrong and my fill name wasn't even on there. If the inspectors did not take the time to spell my name correctly then I really dont know if the repairs they wrote on their report were correct. I think these guys just write false reports to make money. I would not recommend this place.

I have used Pentecost pest inspections for years now, and have always had a great experience with all of their inspectors. It is important to go with a company you can trust, since it is so easy to get manipulated for any sort of home repairs. Multiple times has Pentecost come to the rescue for not only my clients, but myself as well when other pest companies tried to charge an arm and a leg for repairs that are not significant. Their customer service team has always treated me with great care and understanding of how important repairs are for a lot of our transactions.

We used Pentecost last year to have our house tented. The owner guaranteed the work and when we found evidence of termites he came out right away and treated the house again. The owner is great and if you're looking for a reputable pest company Pentecost is the way to go!

The construction side of this business led out by Felipe Casalduc are the best group of people to work with hands down. Their willingness to do or create anything we asked for was refreshing.

Every single person we worked with in this organization from Felipe all the way to the cleanup crew treated both my wife and I with the highest degree of respect and professionalism. Their craftmanship is second to none and pricing is very competitive. We developed different ideas and changed a few things as construction was underway. As we did so, this group worked with us and always encouraged us to build exactly what we wanted.

In addition, Felipe answers his phone almost always within two rings and on the rare occasion that he can not be reached, he always calls right back.
