Super impressed! Sean came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and detailed from the dusting to the spraying! Especially after seeing 2 neighbors in my court get their pest control done by Another competitor. He literally "sprayed" both houses and was in his car in 7 mins tops! Super grateful to know I pay for a service that provides excellent service!

I had called and reduced our pest control from monthly to every other month. I told the customer service person that I would call every other month for service. I had her confirm twice. Well, like clockwork they dinged my account for the following month WITHOUT my consent. I was livid. When I called the customer service person said she ran it because I was in their system as month to month.

I am not. She apologized and said it would be refunded. I'm not working because of the virus stay at home order. Every penny counts. Taking money without permission is stealing. My money was taken without permission, therefore stolen. I'm a senior citizen and low income and off work because of the Covid-19 issues. Shame on your proper pest. Your customer service is horrid.

I called multiple companies for a home inspection and these guys were the most reasonable price wise as well as being able to get the inspection completed immediately. Thank you!

Updated review: our family is still very sad to hear that Ron has moved on from Proper Pest Control. We recently met Shawn and he appears to be a good man. He cares very much about customer service, and so far he has been good to work with. We're honestly posting this review with the hope that Ron will reconnect with our family - professional relationship aside? Ron? We miss you!

Terrible. Contracted by our realtor, came out and started the work and left it in shambles. Said they would be back out to cover the exposed wood due to the rain and then finish the job, never happened. Pentecost came out finish their job! Don't waste your time with Proper Care and just go with Pentecost!

Salvadore from Proper Care did an extremely thorough inspection. He took photographs of problem areas to show me. They are licensed to do WDO inspection and repair. (Wood Destroying Organisms) I scheduled their preventative treatment for the following day. He returned with an assistant and did the exterior treatment first and then went under the house with the long application hose fed to him by his assistant. Salvadore sprayed all necessary areas under the house.

The only minor inconvenience was having to leave the front door open about an inch to allow the red spray hose to be brought in. The hose was clean and no marks were left behind. The chemical used had a slight Oder which was not noticeable the next day. I highly recommend Prop Care Pest Control

The salesman first talked about a coupon deal but then did an estimation on how much it would be but he starting being out the house square foot and yards space. That the coupon only covers half of it. The coupon was just a bait and switch.

Biggest scam ever! They only protect against the same bugs you could kill with a $20 bottle of Ortho from Home Depot. I hired them for their bi-monthly service, and even though the poison should last up to a year I got termites in 3 months and now have to pay $5,000 to get rid of the termites.

Extremely happy with the services they provide. Ron is excellent! He goes above and beyond, his customer service is the best.

Very reasonable pricing. They are very accommodating with scheduling for termite inspections received my report within 24 hours which was very convenient for my VA Loan. The extra form was at no charge so that was a plus!

Proper Care is fantastic! Wonderful Staff to schedule appointments, Knowledgeable inspectors and accurate reports sent out in a timely manner. As a Real Estate agent they help me keep my Sellers and Buyers Very happy. I give them a 10 Star recommendation!

I have used Proper Care for about 2 1/2 years now. Robert is super friendly and professional. Two summers ago we had a BAD flea infestation in our back and side yard. He was on top of it and came back for a follow up before my next regular appointment. I haven't had a problem since. Their prices are reasonable and they do a very thorough job. Highly recommended.

Robert took care of my rental house and now takes care of my new house! He is efficient, professional and is so knowledgable! I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Had an ant problem at my house, I called Proper Care, since my friend had used their service and was pleased. They were prompt and had good pricing. So far so good I'm ant free! I would recommend them.
