We were in contact with this company for over a year, and we initially hired them for ants extermination. We had the worst experience with their technician, who not only couldn't do an effective work, and would let us know in very short notice every time he was around and wanted to service us via text. After I failed to accommodate him (sorry for not being around every time the technician was feeling like coming by!), the company dropped our contact; when I called them and complained about the technician's service style, they send someone to estimate our problem and recommended the same technician, even though I had requested otherwise. Did I mention that they failed to solve our ants infestation? I am glad we are no longer in contact, we actually managed to find serious professionals after this.

We have used them for our maintenance pest control spraying and rat extermination. Overall I'm happy with their service - they are reliable and professional. However recently we have had a return of rat activity. I have called them 3 times and emailed in the past month to schedule an inspection but haven't heard back. Omicron is causing havoc right now so I'll give them a break but would really like to hear back from them.

I am a current customer, I just called to cancel my service and was told I would need to pay the remaining services for the 1 year agreement, I completely understand the agreement and requested to cancel at the end of the agreement which apparently auto-renews, so I suggested they cancel the auto-renew which is not an option (this makes no sense for a business.) I requested to speak with the owner and was told repeatedly there was no owner, and after several requests I was told the owner would return my call, this is TBD. If only the customer service was as good as the day I signed up, I would be leaving a positive review. Good luck to new customers.

AIPM came to our apartment, per the landlords request, because we had a bed bug infestation. The guy who came, walked in, lifted up one mattress in our entire unit and said this is where the bed bugs came from. He didn't look at any other mattress or couch or anything. He told management that our mattress was what caused the infestation (absolutely wrong) and now we are facing an eviction because we can't afford the service and because he was too lazy to lift another mattress where there was a known infestation. & even regardless of that, theres no way in hell he could prove the mattress was the root of the problem when we live in an apartment complex with 170 neighbors. Nonetheless, he insisted anyhow.
Either the exterminator is lazy amd didn't feel like doing his job that day, or they just side with the landlords so they'll keep getting called back. Either way this company is shiesty.

We had a silverfish problem and after a few service appointments with Advanced IPM, we haven't seen them since. Our rep, Tony is FANTASTIC. He's punctual and has been very accommodating to our hectic schedule, even coming to service on the weekends. He's very responsive and cares about our needs. Not to mention, he's a wonderful person too. Thank you!

I started hearing scratching in the walls so I called Kelly Pest Control to come take a look. After trying to find a "critter access" point all around the base of the house, he recommended I contact Contra Costa Vector & Mosquito because I would need someone to come look at the roof. I have the Contra Costa guy come out and he does the same thing, looks around the base of the house and advises that I contact a company that can specifically come and get on the roof because there were zero places he could find where rats were getting in.
So I called Advanced IPM and explained the situation, the technician comes out and he says "Oh this is where they're getting in" and indicates a location that I had already had checked twice and it was determined NOT to be an access point. I reminded the technician of this and explained that I specifically called to have the roof checked and would really like him to do that that.
At least so that I could be absolutely sure. He said it would be a waste of time to do that because this spot here is definitely where the rats were getting in. He recommended we seal off the area, and said that we would see evidence of chewing and trying to get through and that we would probably hear some angry rats. So we went and spent money to have this area of the house sealed off, and nothing happened.
The rats kept doing their thing and their access wasn't restricted even the tiniest bit. We checked the sealed area, no chew marks or attempts to access. Dude's "100% this is where they are getting in" was definitely NOT where they were getting in. So we decided to stop having our time wasted, went to the hardware store and got one of those electronic rodent repellants and that did the trick. Moral of the story: Listen to your customers. And if you're the customer: don't let guys push you around

I had a really great experience with Advanced IPM. Our tech was Rick Hernandez. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We had a bee situation inside and outside of the house. To the point that we could hear the bees in the living room walls. After Rick came out to treat our house like at 6:30 am ( when the bees are more docile) by the after noon we noticed whole bunch of bees just dying. We now have been bee free since then. Thank you Rick!

Initial conversation and service was good (of course! they are trying to sell). The tech came out and treated my house. I think I had a total of three services, then noticed an ant infestation in the kitchen. But WHY if I've been getting treatments? Okay, whatever, I call to have someone come out - couldn't get a live person. I tried to use the chatbot - couldn't help me.
I ended up leaving a voicemail after trying to the phone number again. And, get this, I got a call about a WEEK later. The manager was apologetic, but damage was done. I was able to call another pest control company and get a live person on the phone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

My family had a squirrel stuck in the attic and wanted it removed along with the vents sealed up to prevent anything else from getting inside. We got a quote of $250 for the squirrel trap and $400 for the sealing of the vents. The squirrel ended up leaving and we no longer needed the trap. They then told us that sealing everything up will now be $500 instead of $400.
We were told they would put a latch on the crawl space door since we are going in and out for pipe work. We agreed to the price. Once they finished, we noticed there was no latch on the door. They refused to put a latch and never returned our calls. I would not trust this business as it appears to be dishonest from our experience.

Just NO! Called to make an appointment, was asked a ton of questions without knowing when anyone would be able to come out to look at my problem. Received a call back and made appointment with 4 hour window next morning. Waited.waited.waited. guess who didn't show up nor call! So I called them back, asking what's up, only to spend 10 minutes on the phone and being put on hold after 10 minutes of them searching for my appointment and not finding it in their system. after waiting another 10 minutes on hold I hung up. Done!
You would think they would have called back? Nope! Called another company and got great service with them! Terrible service with IPM! I found a card under my door mat the next day, it seems they had the days mixed up. Not the technicians fault, but their office personnel is a mess!

We had our home treated today and the 2 Techs, Chris & Matt were awesome! They were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Proper CV-19 guidelines were met and the work they conducted today was very thorough. Although my wife and I had different quotes, we decided upon Advanced IPM even though they were on the higher end of our price range. Joe, the Area Manager was professional and did a great job walking my wife and I through on the process and we felt really represented the company well. I highly recommend their services! After all, even though it may sound cliche, you get what you pay for and they exceeded our expectations!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If your job sounds small or not to their liking, IPM will not call you back. You'll know because the 2nd time you call them, after the apologies and falsities of not remembering your first call, you still won't get a response. To be fair this is on their local office and not the main office.

We have been customers for years and have been very happy with their service. Dave S. is our technician and he has my complete trust. I have turtles and a tortoise who are very special to me. I completely trust Dave to remember to spray in some areas while leaving other areas alone where I have my turtles.
