The spring on our garage door broke so we called Precision. Of course this always happens right at closing time. An appointment window was set for early the next morning, and Jeremy called me when he was in route. Jeremy was great! He was very knowledgeable, surveyed the situation, and gave me two options. Both options with pricing and all details of the jobs were discussed. Jeremy was very kind, patient, and professional.

He completed the job in a timely manner paying attention to doing it right the first time! I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for sending Jeremy our way!

They installed my large/wide/heavy door in a high quality manner. In the two years since they have provided very prompt, very courteous, very successful service on a handful of issues. Last night I called in an issue about 8 pm, got an appointment for the next morning, they showed up on time, fixed the problem and covered it under warranty.

Top notch on all levels. I have not seen a company perform on this level in quite some time. Friendly appointment person. They came out in less than 2 hours. Technician was friendly, helpful and quick. Our garage door was off its track and they fixed it. Provided 3 different options. Highly recommend!

Booking the appointment was easy. Email follow-ups, technician arrived on time, checked the situation, advised cost of replacing overhead unit, installed the unit, gave me a booklet and two garage door openers, new key pad, overhead unit has a camera (to be used with an APP) to advise if someone is opening the door, brighter light which automatically comes on when I enter the garage from my utility roonm, everything was a wonderful experience.

The door is so quiet I can barely hear the operation working. Glad that I used them again. Time prior was a broken spring and I would have had the same good words and recommendation for using Precision.

I was given a 2-hour block of time for the repairman to come out. He called 18 minutes before that window to give me a more precise time. He arrived. I scheduled an inspection and was considering a replacement because the door kept failing. He repaired it and did a quick tune-up free of charge. In and out in ~40 minutes. Easily within my 2-hour window. I'll keep them in mind if we end up going the full replacement route.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door and in particular my installer Nick Sager. He called to confirm what unit I wanted installed, and let me know when he was on his way.which was at the beginning of the time window I was given. Once at my house, he was efficient and professional about the inspection and install. I had one support question a few days later and he was quick to get an answer for me. I'm 100% satisfied and will be recommending Precision to me friends and neighbors.

Prompt. Solid work. Polite. Business runs like a well oiled machine. Had the spring on my garage door break. Called Precision, they offered to come out the same day, give me an estimate, and fix (if possible). The repairman arrived at the start of the 2 hr window (rarely happens), gave me an estimate for both the spring replacement and recommended upgrades (2 springs on a double door, stainless steel pulley cables, replacing the wheels, 5 year warranty). Though a little pricey, the upgrades made sense. Service was completed with time to spare. Technician was very competent. Would use again.

They ALWAYS exceed expectations! I've worked with them with 2 homes. They replaced two doors, one in each home-solid, quiet, SAFE garage doors. They listen to my needs and expectations, respond concisely with options for solutions and costs. And the work is done by polite, expert technicians! Even office staff is wonderful. I wish all companies were as competent and reliable!

Had a great prior experience with Precision Garage Door so used them again to replace the garage motors. Nick was prompt, communicated all our options well, and sold us on the two units. Installation was extremely professional and quick. Very satisfied and would recommend.

We got a quick response to our request and the technician, Billy Tackett, was prompt and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the door and opener and made targeted repairs and adjustments that made the door work better than ever. The first company we called barely looked at the door and gave us an estimate for replacing the entire system -- Precision saved us thousands of dollars because they cared enough to evaluate what was going on with the door.

In June, 2021 my 3 year old home suffered a random garage door failure- door folded in and glass shattered everywhere! Cause? Apparently, negligent installation by builder, Lennar. I have reached out for months to Lennar and if actions speak louder than words-- I have received no support, no responsibility, no care in the slightest. Precision Door was here immediately explaining failure and offering support.

Today I have a new door that is SAFE and perfectly matching the aesthetic of my condominium complex! Top notch parts, labor and professionalism! Not all businesses are created equally! Everyone on this team is professional and pleasant! Highly, highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Jeremy Malek. At first, he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to give us a control or connect our cars to the garage since the unit was older. But after a few attempts he was able to connect the control to the garage successfully and he was able to connect our cars to the garage very fast. We are very pleased that we got everything we wanted done.

We had our garage door and system changed by Precision. The technician assigned to this job was Shawn O and he was outstanding. He was ontime each time he came out. This morning I was greeted by the chain breaking on my 15 year old garage door opener. Within two hours, Shane from Precision Garage Door of Austin arrived and replaced the broken system. He was very professional and courteous. By noon the door was up and running along with a new app. Excellent responsiveness and service. Thank you!

Shane, the technician that Precision Garage Door of Austin sent us was everything I hoped for. He listened patiently to all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and capably answered every one. He willingly gave me the options I requested and was happy to perform the service I chose, even though it wasn't the most expensive option I could have chosen.

The work he did was excellent. The garage door he fixed sounds very quiet even though it still has the old door attached to it. I truly couldn't be happier with my experience. Excellent, prompt after hours service. Our garage door jammed stuck open at 9PM, not good! We called Precision, they sent GD Guru George out in about an hour to at least get the door closed. Not only did George get it closed, but repaired it and serviced the springs & cables all in about 30 mins. I called at least 6 other highly rated "24 hour" companies, 5 of them had answering machines and didn't call back until the next day, one said see you tomorrow. Great job Precision!

Nick with Precision Overhead Garage Doors is a great technician. Very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem preventing our garage door from opening and was able to repair it with parts in his van. He came back the next day to upgrade our garage door opener motor and control system which is excellent. I am quite pleased with the service from Precision Garage Doors and their technician Nick Sager.

Billy came out to assess our garage door replacement needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and clean. Spent an hour showing us renderings, color ideas and the materials and what the process would entail. Gave a quote on site and emailed pictures and the quote. I am hopeful the process of replacing is as detailed and smooth and professional as he was.

I was given a quote over the phone by Precision to have my garage door opener replaced with a new belt drive system. The person that I spoke with said that the quote included installation. I called a couple of garage door companies to compare quotes and those quotes were more expensive for the same system. I explained to them that I had received a quote for less so I would be going with the other company.

I was then told to be careful, because once the technician came out there would be unmentioned added costs. I called Precision back and confirmed the quote for their basic belt drive system and was once again told that the quote was for the system installed. When the technician arrived we spoke about some upgrade options and he gave me a couple of quotes if I wanted to upgrade.

When I asked him to compare the upgraded cost to the basic system that I had been quoted he explained that even the basic system cost wasn't what they had quoted me on the phone. He explained that the quote that I was given for the basic belt drive system didn't include the belt. He said that the belt costs another $40+ dollars. I told him that I was not interested in doing business with a company that gives miss leading prices over the phone just to get a technician to your house and would even pay another company more just for being straightforward to begin with. The technician was extremely professional and stated the he understood.
