My garage springs broke at 11:30 p.m. on a Sunday. We called Orange County G/D Guys, the owner, at midnight. He answered our call and was willing to come any time to make sure we could get to work on time. We decided to get a new garage door, but we had to get association approval before we could install it. This was right at Christmas time and during all the rain.

Our unit was not properly installed by the builder resulting in mounts that went through the drywall. The garage door would stop before closing all the way or sometimes come back up. Linda, who answers your calls is very cheerful and professional. She gave me a two hour time window and the polite, professional technician arrived at the beginning of the window.

The spring of our garage door snapped on Friday after 4pm. I was afraid the garage door would not be fixed until the following next week. Luckily, Linda from Orange County G/D Guys was able to send the technician out right away and got it taken care of. Also, he was kind enough to call me back because I forgot to use the voucher I bought thru Yelp.

Mike was efficient, polite, courteous and professional. He was able to adjust our garage door so that it would stay closed within 15 minutes of arriving. Growing up my father had a garage door service company and I was so impressed by John's expertise.
