Posted on yelp. They replied right away with a quote. We're able to come fix the problem first thing next morning. Super nice guy. Knew what he was doing and charged me the quote he gave me up front which I thought was reasonable & fair.

Chad is the best. My garage door had two sections where it was bending inward and starting to crack, and I was afraid I would have to replace the whole thing. I called him up, and he was able to schedule me for the next day. Then he called me back and said he had a cancellation, and fixed my door that day! He added some support beams and my garage door works like new again. Fair prices, prompt service, and a really friendly guy. If I have more issues with my garage door in the future, no question, I'll be going to Advanced Garage Door.

Excellent experience. My garage door wouldn't close. It would go about 3 feet and then pull back up. I checked the safety beam and the tracks and they were fine. I ended up accidentally pulling the opener motor a bit off the ceiling rack when manually trying to pull the door closed. Chad just showed up and touched one of the safety beam eyes and said, "Here's your problem.

This isn't stable." He screwed it down and reattached the opener to the rack. Total time 10 minutes. He charged me very little! So happy! Although my opener is about 15 years old, I could have as many as 7 years left in it, so I didn't have to pay for a new one today. Fantastic. I'll call him again when it actually breaks.

Knowing Chad is a local company in Pflugerville, where I grew up, it was not hard choosing his business over the corporate ones. He showed up slightly early, which was perfectly fine. I had a broken spring inside my Wayne Dalton tube so needed a conversion. He had a really fair and good price that included the installation, tax, labor, parts, everything.

I was truly shocked how fast he finished too, only took about 45 minutes. I had been putting off fixing my garage for months due to the fear of being ripped off and too costly. That was not the case at all. My only regret was not calling Chad sooner. He is very informative and takes his time to explain everything to you. I get apprehensive about home maintenance calls. You never know what disasters lie on the other side of seemingly innocent issues and what you're getting yourself in to. Two days ago while attempting to close my garage door, a wheel popped off and nearly hit me in the face. The door wouldn't close after that. Despite my apprehension I figured I really ought to bring in a professional.

Four years after his first visit, my garage door broke and I called Chad for help. I'm really happy I had the number right by the garage opener. First, I want to say this is a GREAT business and should be your first call! I called and inquired about having someone out to look at my new garage door spring as it has been giving me trouble since I installed a new opener. I mentioned that the spring was probably too tight and wanted to see if I could get someone out to look at it and maybe loosen it some.

He asked me specifics over the phone about what was going on and gave me a recommendation, still just over the phone. I did what he suggested and it worked! If I ever have any more garage door issues, this is where I am taking my business. There is a reason there are so many wonderful yelp reviews! A++++

There's nothing worse than waking up in finding you cannot open your door. The springs on our 16 foot metal door had broken, and the door was too heavy to assist up. Chad was immediately responsive, and made it out the next morning to replace the springs and to repair the brackets that had been incorrectly installed by our builder. His family has been in the garage door repair business for decades, and they know what they are doing. And, they deal honestly and fairly. His price was reasonable and the work was top notch. I recommend them!

I am very happy with their service and honesty. Originally Chad quoted around $78 for the repair over the phone and he told me he would be able to come over next day btw 12 to 1 pm. He called and came before time told which was fine. He connected wires to the censor and garage was fixed. He only charged me $40 as all needed was connecting the wire back to the censor and replacement wasn't necessary.

In the past I had other company fixed the dent and added a metal support across. Out of curiosity I asked Chad how much he would charge the same repair done he said it would be $98! I paid much higher prices. I told him how much I had paid to other company. Chad said he is doing this business for long time and he would not rip people off! So true! I've used this company twice for garage door issues and both times Chad is super responsive and even tried to help troubleshoot my issue over the phone before coming out which helps me know that he's in it truly to help people not just make money. Unfortunately the troubleshoot didn't work and it looked like I was going to have to buy a whole brand new receiver unit due to mine being too old he called me back about 5 min later and said that he has a circuit board that should work, thus saving me a ton of money. He truly just wants to help people and I will not hesitate to use his company again.

Kids are always breaking things. The bigger they are the bigger the things they break. The latest in a long list of things falling apart was my garage door.
