Joe was incredibly responsive on the phone and flexible with scheduling. Price was also very reasonable and it was same-day service. Work was completed quickly and our garage door is back and up and running with new springs. I called a few other companies, but I am very happy that I went with Joe and Austin Garage Door Solutions!

These guys are great. Honest and straight forward. He came to me house at 7:30 and got my door working. Then gave me options from replacing my door to just reinforcing my door till I could afford to replace it. I will have these guys on speed dial.

I called on a Saturday because my garage door rollers and cable came off. As many people, I didn't feel safe having my garage door open overnight. I got my garage door fixed with new and improved rollers. The tech found other issues wrong and fixed it. The tech was very professional and he explained everything to me in detail. I would recommend them for your garage door needs and will call them again if I ever need more services.

If I could do 6 stars I would. Another repair company wanted to schedule me a week out. Joe made it out the same day! He upgraded my door installation free of charge and gave me a great deal. He had us up and running in no time and has my highest recommendation!

He also tuned up other moving parts. Other companies schedule a time to estimate; charge a service fee & give a price that is much higher. I liked his virtual estimation feature. Just a great experience with Joe and Austin Garage Door Solutions! I woke up this morning and my garage door wouldn't open. Upon inspection, I noticed a broken spring. I called a few places who were going to charge me to come take a look and give me a quote. Then I spoke with Joe at Austin Garage Door Solutions. He had me send him a few photos of the door and was able to give me a FREE quote over the phone.

We agreed on price and he was here within 45 minutes. He replaced both springs, fixed a broken hinge, and performed a complete tune-up on the door in about 30 minutes. Everything works great now! Overall, this experience was about the best you could hope for in dealing with an unexpected repair like this. Joe was super professional (wore a mask the whole time - COVID) and easy to communicate with.
