We couldn't be happier with our new loft conversion. Not only is the work superb, but Louis is extremely professional and easy to work with, mindful of cost and has a great team around him. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

We used a highly recommended firm all build one represented my Mr. L.Ball for a total reconfiguration and refurb of our new detached family home in Hertfordshire. He was by far the friendliest professional builder that quoted us with a very fair price and me and my wife immediately chose him over 9 other companies and builders. He started the work within 48 hours of our agreement and was a perfectionist through out the project.

He kept his word and timings of the project fully whilst going out of his way to find us materials and other trusted traders. In the end not only we finished the whole construction on time and budget with his help and advise we finished all the final decore and finishes at the same time and our entire refurb of a 5 bedroom house was done and dusted in 11 weeks and ready for Christmas.

We can't thank him enough and we remain in close contact for other future projects. Thank you very much Mr Loui Ball you are much appreciated and thank you for building our house.

Loft Conversions Louis & his team completed our loft extension to a very high standard. Louis is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and an alround great guy. A great craftsman & carpenter who is very maticulous with his work. His team were very punctual. They were very good at tidying up after each day. Any problems were always dealt with quickly by Louis who has an excellent attention to detail. A perfectionist. We would not hesitate in recommending Louis for any type of building work.

All build 1 installed our kitchen for us and we are extremely happy with the workmanship. The drawings that came from the kitchen company were wrong and very confusing so Louis took the time to go through what we wanted and even suggested some adjustments that made the kitchen much more usable. Our kitchen is perfect and we love it, and a year later still looks as good as when all build 1 installed it.
