The planning process begins with an extensive Client Questionnaire which gives the Gabriel Home Builders' team an inside look into the client's lifestyle and preferences. It addresses the personality that the home should have, from how the bathrooms should look and how the kitchen should function to what the overall feel of the home should be.This then leads to a Features Questionnaire which covers all aspects of construction and finish styles. This is where clients can comment on the kind of finishes or materials they desire, such as flooring, countertops and woodwork. This planning process is typically done in cooperation with a client's architect and/or interior designer.

Gabriel Home Builders was a great company to work for-which I did for 9 years! I learned so much from the owners about how a small business operates and how to persevere through a downturn in the economy (hello 2008-2010) and how to work smart and always put the client first. This company has a respectful and collaborative work environment where everyone is encouraged to take ownership of their work and be a member of the team.

I've used Gabriel for two extensive remodels of my 100 year old home in the Houston Heights. They were a pleasure to work with. Jeanine Nuzzi, the owner is extremely honest and conscientious about every detail and her ability to execute and improve on our design was amazing. They're not the cheapest, but I have two friends who didn't choose Gabriel for their high end construction jobs and both wished they had. Quality, fair value for luxury build outs with great follow through. Well run business.

Gabriel Home Builders remodeled an old house and did an addition at the same time. They were efficient and knowledgeable in their work and very professional in their dealings. I felt there was good attention to detail: Jeannine did not let small things slip by - they were redone if necessary, which was not frequent.

We built a new custom home with Gabriel Home Builders (GHB) in 2012-2013. The process began far before we broke ground on the new construction. We begin the process by designing a custom home on a lot with our Architects. We worked with Murphy Mears Architects + Wm. T. Cannady. Once the design was nearing completion, we begin interviewing builders and ultimately sent out an RFP.
