Recently moved into a beautiful, almost 2200 sqft remodel in Garden Oaks. The builder took extra care to maintain the home's original character while taking the home down to the studs for a complete renovation. The remodel is of high quality, lots of character, great attention to detail and custom work throughout the house. Full of luxury and comfort. Miguel is very involved in his projects and has great eye for quality, detail and design.

His team is very respectful and professional. They keep the workplace clean at all times. Miguel stands behind his quality and is involved to solve problems that arise at any time. His team has been wonderful to work with and we will be using them for additional work this year.

Miguel built for us a two-story duplex, totaling near 5000 sq. ft. in the Houston's Museum District. Prior to this project, we had no experience in building a new house. We also live far away from Houston. So, after the architectural drawing was done, we trusted Miguel to make all the decisions in structure, living room, bathroom and kitchen designs, and materials, lightings, cabinets, etc.

The duplex has one unit on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor, with elevator access. In addition, there is 400 sq.ft. space with toilet and storage on the rooftop. The construction project progressed from beginning to end in 18 months with little oversight from us. However, the finished building is excellent, which has many nice touches only an experienced builder would know about.

Inside the duplex, there are plenty of custom-built cabinets. The neighborhood has had many new residential constructions. However, the duplex stands out in the neighborhood with its awesome exteriors and balcony. We were able to lease out both units at high rents the moment the construction was completed.

For the last two years we've had the pleasure of working with Miguel Facundo who built a beautifully- constructed home for us on time and with no financial surprises. Not only do we love the house but the entire process, from planning to construction, was a great creative collaboration.
