My hvac was only blowing warm air. I called at 0730 and by 1100 Cory Long was in my driveway. He diagnosed and fix the problem. Needed a new capacitor which he had on his truck. He was very friendly and played with my dogs. I have used A New Image heating and cooling for over 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

One of our orders of business after moving into our older home was to have an air conditioning system installed. We solicited a number of bids that focused on either mini splits or high-velocity systems. After investigating our house, an older home, with its partially finished attic and basement, tight knee-walls, and steeply angled interior spaces, A New Image's Tim suggested a hybrid system that would meet our needs.
Because we wanted to avoid excessive exterior runs, we wanted to stay away from a full ductless system, and we found the bids for high-velocity systems to be extremely high, we rolled the dice. The combination system has well-proven its worth so far in the early summer's hot and humid weather. Furthermore, the team completely respected us and our home; the installers took COVID precautions, worked within our schedule, and reacted positively to our requests.
Even though they had to deal with an excessive layering of loose insulation in the knee-walls, they did so with little mess and no complaint. After we made the final payment, Jason returned to install an extra air-return opening we felt necessary for the attic room; at the same time, Bill consulted with me when I had questions following the install. All-in-all, the job took seven days, yet the total cost came in significantly lower than the ductless estimates and substantially lower than the high-velocity ones. We couldn't be happier with A New Image and their solution for our home.

The service technician who came to the home was courteous and professional, however the pricing of the service was ridiculous. Through the chaos of the winter storm, my neighbors' shoveled snow blocked the outside vent to my furnace which prevented the furnace from igniting. So, the simple fix of clearing the snow from the vent costed me $230. The company was not helpful at all in realizing that this was a ridiculous amount for the service performed. I'd recommend going with another company that doesn't price gauge.

These 5 stars are for Gilbert, the technician that came to my home. He was timely, very knowledgeable, respectful, great with my pup, and got the job done. The woman on the phone that scheduled my appointment was also very pleasant, so in terms of staff they are great. I think the markups on parts are a bit high (i.e. a $7 part was like $199 installed in a few minutes) but in a pinch they did what I needed.

We have used A New Image Heating & Cooling for our maintenance for 2 years. We knew our 25 year old furnace was probably on borrowed time and when they came out for maintenance this year they notified us it was probably time. Tim Metzko got us scheduled promptly for a new furnace install within a week which wasn't a problem due to the weather not turning yet (October).
The crew that came to replace the furnace was very professional and clean. They showed me how every thing worked so I wasn't left with questions after they left. Additionally scheduling maintenance with prior companies could sometimes be weeks out, A New Image will always find openings within 7-10 days for maintenance so you can have piece of mind going into the extreme weather seasons. I strongly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs!

This company is competitive in pricing and well worth the cost. I needed to get my 30 year old Central AC and Furnace replaced. The technicians who did the work (Javon and Kev) are absolute professionals at this. They are polite, courteous, highly skilled and efficient. They were very respectful of my property and were very cautious to not let any of my pets attempt to explore the outside (they're indoor pets) - no matter how many times Javon and Kev needed to go in and out of my house. I absolutely will go with these guys if I need any more work done in the future.

Javon and Kev came out to do the work, and they are phenomenal. They're friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and hard workers. I had a thirty year old Furnace and Central AC system in my house, they replaced it quickly and professionally. They both were very mindful of my pets and made sure that none of them escaped to the outside no matter how many times they had to come in and out of the side door.
I definitely recommend A New Image Heating and Cooling. Kev and Javon were more knowledgeable than most of the heating/cooling guys I've dealt with before (had a 30 year old system replaced by them, so I've dealt with other heating/cooling guys). My AC is back and they tested the furnace too!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Mike came out and was honest and pressure free on his assessment. We then dealt with Bob for our quote and scheduling. He was attentive, informative and again, no pressure. Our installation was completed by Javon and Kevin. They were efficient, informative and extremely respectful. Javon and Robert were polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and Covid-19 standards. They installed our unit neatly and cleaned up all debris. The process of working of our new HVAC unit was thoroughly explained. Bob, the salesperson, was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us to choose the best unit for our home. We've been using New Image for almost 15 years and have always been happy with their professionalism and fairness. Their employees are always very knowledgeable and kind and I feel completely comfortable with them in our home. Recently we had a new furnace and hot water heater installed and we are very happy with the results; the price was reasonable and their sales staff talked me out of choosing a unit that wouldn't have worked as well in our home, even though it would have resulted in a more expensive sale.

From the salesman to the technicians I had a incredible experience with this company, everyone was very personable, and professional. My new furnace is beautiful, the guys worked at a fast pace but didn't miss anything, they were super clean, they wore masks and it was a great experience. Very satisfied customer, worth every penny!

I did not have A New Image do work at my residence but my daughter did. A week after they installed a furnace, a/c and hot water tank a gas smell was noticed inside the house. When A New Image was contacted in the morning they advised they would be out between 1-3. Apparently a gas leak on work you performed was not important enough to be out 1st thing to make sure the residents are safe.
The gas company was called and tightened the connection which was loose. I'm just thankful this didn't turn out worse but the disregard for safety from this company is inexcusable.

Superb team. From sales to tech. Our furnace went out in the middle of January. We went with A New Image because they installed our central air, and we were fully satisfied. Mardy was our salesman, and arrived promptly when he found out we needed a furnace. Until our furnace arrived, Mardy offered us space heaters to keep us warm, especially since we have a toddler. Mardy always work hard to cater to our needs. Mardy only offer what you need, and don't try to offer you unwanted goods/services.
Great service from Mardy. He even stop by on install day to ensure satisfaction and no issues. As for install, we had the pleasure of Jermaine & Kevin installing our furnace, and couldn't be happier with the service. If possible, ask for Jermaine and Kevin. Jermaine & Kevin arrived first thing in the morning, very friendly and polite. There was a severe snowstorm, and without bothering me they shoveled out a pathway without complaint.
Once inside, they cleared a pathway using they own materials, and not a single snowflake was dropped on our floor. They wasted no time and got started immediately. I would pop in on occasion to check in, and they were always friendly and welcoming. I was quoted it would take all day, but they were done by afternoon. Jermaine and Kevin gave me a full review of their work once completed. Also, gave me a brief tutorial on my new thermostat. When they left, the work area was spotless! Superb team. I had a service call to repair the humidifier, they arrived on time and assessed the problem and noted that it was under warranty. They also looked and my water heater and suggested I should replace as it was about to blow. " I new this and had put it off" I opted for the tankless system and am so glad I did. Sam and Jason did a fantastic job on the install. They took the time to make it perfect! Very Happy Customer

Image Heating and Cooling came out August 6th and installed a new Mitsubishi Mini-split unit. This is supposed to be the most reliable unit on the market and it worked perfectly for exactly 8 days. It has not worked since August 14th. They have been out twice and replaced a control board after waiting three weeks but still doesn't work at all.
I have now been waiting almost a month (today Sep 10th) to get this one week old unit fixed. I have also had to call to get appointments scheduled even after I was told they would call me. They are not treating their install problem as a priority to fix.

Not happy with scheduling team. I was referred by Home Depot and asked for a quote on replacement of my Boiler and for repair if that is possible or economical. It was advertised as a free quote but they tried to charge me a service fee that had not been disclosed at all in advance of the appointment. I then received a call from the home office and they were very rude.
I don't think they liked that I had another quote already from another provider. The other provider was able to quote replacement and repair costs and did not charge me for this.

Bob is a good salesman as he serves you well before you make the payment. However, after they get the money, you can find nobody to fix any issues. I have two outlets of the new installed AC system no working during the summer and I called their office more than 5 times. The reality is that I neither get a repair of the system nor receive the right invoice. Now it's fall and I plan to take a legal action. As a first time home owner, I suggest nobody using this company anymore.

I called New Image Heating and Cooling because my furnace would not turn on when I used my thermostat. I requested that they change my thermostat because I was told that it needed to be replaced. I paid over $100 for the replacement. The furnace still was not responding to the thermostat. At that point I was told that I needed $700 in repairs to my furnace and it would not be a guarantee that it would work after the repair.
I was encouraged to purchase a new furnace. I decided to get another opinion from another company. The new company came out and reconnected the wires that was disconnected by New Image Heating and Cooling and my furnace is now responding to my thermostat and I only had to pay $100 for the service. I would not recommend New Image Heating and Cooling because they set out to take advantage of me.

They will rob you blind and then revert to the fine print in the paperwork to absolve themselves of any obligation to their clients. I signed a contract to have my heating replaced. When I arrived I was stunned to see my air units were removed and disposed of. While I had gotten a quote on the air units, I had indicated I did not want them replaced at this time and would revisit in the spring if need be.
The company took it upon themselves to take them and their only offer for replacement was a couple hundred of dollars off of new units. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of as a new home owner who trusted the service he was getting from a reputable company backed by home depot. Unfortunately it did not turn out well and i warn future customers to be sure to get COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY. Bc if not you might get duped like I did.
In the print on my furnace it said "remove all duct work", well apparently that means air unit as well. I'm not familiar with the verbiage nor did I think I would need to ask if this would effect my air units as it was mutually understood that I was not purchasing those at this time. Buyer beware.

A New Image is the heating and air contractor for Home Depot in Aurora and several other locations. Mark Allison responded quickly and provided a very reasonable quote for top of the line Rheem equipment. Other suppliers had lower end equipment at the same or higher prices. I used my Home Depot credit card for no interest for a year and got Giant Eagle fuel perks when I purchased a $1,000 Home Depot gift card. I know I got a really good deal and Mark was very good at explaining the options. I'm very pleased with this transaction.

I purchased a top of the line Trane Furnace and Air Conditioner in April of 2014 from Home Depot; New Image was sub contracted to do the work by Home Depot. From the moment they installed the equipment, it never worked properly, I had them back over 20 times to "fix" it but it was never "fixed;" I went the entire summer of 2014 without A/C even though I had paid over 12k for it.
This was a top of the line system from Trane, it cost over $12,500, the salesman also said it had a 3 year maintenance program included in the price. At one point, they brought a Trane Engineer out to figure out the problem, they installed all new equipment, it didn't fix the problem. They then told me the problem wasn't the equipment, it was the house, itself.
They said the cold air returns needed to be moved off the floor to the top of the walls. The registers are down by the floor and they told me the cold air comes out of the register, goes right across the floor, and goes back down the cold air return - they new this when they bid the job. This means the cold air never mixes with the other air in the room.
Because of this, the room temperature never drops, the equipment runs constantly when it's on. They told me the only way to correct this is to move the cold air returns to the top of the wall in the rooms it is in. The general manager of New Image, Bill Jubel, told me he would contact me and set up a time to come out with somebody that could open my walls and run new cold air returns.
I called him a few times and he never called back. Today, the A/C stopped working and froze up with ice. I called New Image and they said they were "very busy" but would call me back with the time they would be out to look at the problem. After waiting 3 hours, I called them back to find out what was going on, they said they weren't coming out, they were "tired of dealing with me, " and I would have to call Trane to find a new contractor to fix the problems they caused.
Do NOT trust this company, they lied about the maintenance program, they billed me last October when they came out for maintenance. They also didn't properly install the equipment and then left me hanging when it broke. I have filed a complaint with Trane, they are working with me and another one of their dealers to rectify the problem. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am contacting an attorney to seek damages.

These guys impressed the heck out of me! I had an old furnace die, and they were on site immediately with a replacement. They even prepped the ducts to support AC, in case I ever wanted to install it. After a hot spring, I called them for AC, and their prep work saved me a bunch of money. Expect super professional and courteous service folks - and sales people that aren't pushy. Best HVAC company in OH!
