Regina and her team did a great job. We refinished existing hardwood, added hardwood to 1 room and re-carpeted the rest of the house. Hardwood was done 1st and took about 4 days. Steve and Isaac were very thorough, moved furniture and did a great job. Carpet was next and Philippe and Enrique worked like crazy. They moved furniture, re-carpeted the equivalent of 8 rooms plus stairs and this phase took 2 days. They even moved a piano! I am very satisfied with the job done in both phases. I was disappointed with Denver Carpet and Hardwood, unfortunately. Regina was very nice and helpful through the point of providing the estimate. After that they kind of fell off the map. I had to call to schedule to remind them I wanted to schedule the service. They did not perform the install on the scheduled date and postponed at the last minute.

There was no call a day or two before the new install date to confirm, so I was left wondering if they just had abandoned the project or if anyone was going to show up. A guy did arrive the day of service, and he did a fine job, but the carpet ended up not being what I had hoped for. I never got a follow-up call after the installation to see if I was happy with the work or the product. I'm not sure how they ended up in the Douglas County Five Star rated magazine (where I found them initially), but I don't think they belong there.

We wanted to avoid the big box flooring stores and went with Denver Carpet and Hardwood LLC. They just finished installing new oak flooring in our two upstairs bedrooms this week. We couldn't be happier. Regina and her team guided us through the process of deciding between pre-finished and unfinished options and we made our final decision after listening to their explanation of the pros and cons of each. The installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. When they left, the house was spic & span. We highly recommend them!

I was referred to this company through another carpet company in denver and was very pleased with their work. The owners of the company ended up doing my project and for 6 rooms vinyl hardwood and 5 areas for vinyl tile look, took them 5 business days. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and talked me off the ledge multiple times! I love working with this company and will continue to support local small businesses.

I hired Denver Carpet & Hardwood to install new carpeting and padding in my home. Regina brought over great samples, understood what I was looking for and gave a great price. They were able to get the installation done in a timely manor. I will definitely use them again and refer to my family & friends!

We had a really great experience with them when they installed the laminate and carpet flooring throughout our house about 3 years ago. Regina, the owner, is very attentive to her clients and always made herself available with prompt response times. Recently, we had issues with the padding underneath the carpeting and she had it repaired at no cost even though it had been close to 3 years since the original install. I have no complaints and would use them again without hesitation for my future flooring needs.

I recommend DCH because its employees are hard-working, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I contacted several other companies whose representatives either weren't interested in a smaller job (10 x 12 foot kitchen), were condescending, or gave what seemed like inflated estimates ($200 just to move my fridge and oven out of the way?). A couple of days after the floor was done, when I noticed one small patch that looked a little ghostly (the coating didn't take because some wine had been spilled on that area), I asked Regina, my representative at DCH, about it. She contacted Steve, who had worked on the floor, and he responded right away. He fixed the problem a few days later. My floor looks lovely now.

My husband and I had a great experience with DCH and our floors look amazing! We found this company in the Five Star Rated Home Services Review magazine. Regina, who is the owner along with her husband, was personable and friendly on the phone. She met with me in my home to discuss the work I wanted done and to take measurements for a free estimate.

Once we had our estimate, she met with us again in our home to show us samples and discuss the installation process. We had originally thought about installing hardwoods, though after talking to Regina, she recommended laminate to better fit in with our lifestyle and budget (we have pets and kids). The installation process was smooth and quick (Regina and her husband installed the floors themselves).

I really appreciated her efforts to make the process smooth and easy with a minimal impact on our day to day function at home for my family. She and her husband were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and met every deadline and expectation. It was truly like having friends install our floor! Also, the price could not be beat (we had three other estimates that were far more expensive). I highly recommend this company.

Just had our floors done by them. Absolutely couldn't be happier. The owner of the company and his wife came by the place, measured and gave a very fair estimate. They came by again to walk us through some options and to explain how the process would go in detail. The day the crew came to do the work, the owner Mike was there first waiting for them at 7am, then introduced them to me and set the expectations for the day.

They told us it would take 3 days, however, they were done in a day. Under promise, over delivered. refreshing. The integrity these people have is 1 in a million and I wouldn't hesitate to refer any one to them any time. On top of it all, we have carpet on our top floor and they gave us a hefty discount to clean the carpets. they also own Bullies Carpet Cleaning. I wish I could give 6 stars.
