I had Pro Finish Plumbing install a new kitchen water faucet in June, 2020. The old one was broken and it needed to be swapped out for a brushed chrome modern style to match the rest of the kitchen. The replacement was a gorgeous Koehler. So I was speechless when my 1-year old faucet started to leak from the neck.the extension. I called Pro Finish and requested assistance.
They sent a technician within an hour. Phil walked in ready to get to work. He extended the spray head and could see it was loose. He gave it three quick twists and tested the water. No more wild spraying. Also NO CHARGE. I was embarrassed that I had called in distress. I'm a big fan of Phil's, and a fan of Pro Finish Plumbing. 5***** service all the way.

I've used this company for many services and have never been disappointed. I manage a property with 6 units. They're very clean and professional. We used another company once due to availability which was a huge mistake and had to call Pro Finish to come and re-do the job. Excellent work and friendly staff. Highly recommend, I won't use anyone else.

My husband and I recently bought a new house, a fixer-upper. Steve and Rick have helped us get the plumbing back up and running. The process was very easy. Setting up appointment was simple and the technician, Manuel, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he was recommending and what the cost would be. I was very pleased with all the work he did. Afterwards, I had a question on the cost of one item and the owner called me back promptly and explained to my satisfaction. I will definitely call Pro Finish Plumbing the next time I am in need of a plumber.

I live out of state but my mom is on the board for her condo and in charge of finding contractors.
