Vince was great and did excellent work to get the job done (5 stars). When we placed the call on Saturday, we were not given accurate details as to the cost and service call charge so 0 stars for the person who took our call on the weekend. Just give me the info I ask for so I can make an informed decision instead of leaving Vince in a position to defend the price structure and policy. You did good Vince, the office.not so good.

Scott of Tom Moffett Plumbing came back to check out a leak that I thought may be related to the recently installed new water heater. Since there wasn't any related problem with the new water heater, he spent time around our 1/2 acre and 3500 SF home to find the leak source. Amazingly, Scott found the leak source at our rear property bathroom toilet.

The service & professionalism by Scott (Detective Plumber) is second to none. The excellent service at Tom Moffett Plumbing is worth the time to check out. Scott is my "go to" plumber. I have regained my faith in "Customer Service. "

I called Saturday morning and they sent a tech immediately to help out. Brian fixed the clogged drain and gave me different solution and price quote for a long term fix. Highly recommended.

I had them out to clear a drain for the $99 special, well, $730 later, the drain was clear- for a while. The guy was more focused on trying to talk me into a new water heater than my kitchen drain. I personally wouldn't use them again, I do t feel like the guys here actually care about plumbing or helping, just $$$.

First awesome company. I honestly can't say enough. So we had a little work done few months back, while Rudy was here I showed him ( although you couldn't miss) all the holes left by an electrician who did a rewire. 56 holes to be exact of all shapes and sizes. Rudy recommend a gentleman that they have used on their different jobs for different reasons.

I couldn't find anyone to do work. I called Mateo from MDZ Construction Inc. he came in gave quote and in less then 9 hours total was in & out and you can't tell I ever had holes anywhere. Texture coated where we had it. Looks absolutely amazing. The men at Moffit plumbing are the best. They look out for their customers no matter the issue. Thank you again you all Rock.

Do not use moffett had cleaning service to my main drain scheduled for today and the plumber did the bare minimum. Additionally he did not secure the access for under my home properly nor the cover to the drain. I had to get home after a full day's work to fix both those issues. If I could do less than 1 star I would HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. UPDATE: Received a call from Moffett management who actually looked into my complaint.

Must say she wad amazing and willing to make good on the original poor service. Unfortunately I had gone with a different company but had this all been made yesterday I would have definitely given them a second chance.additionally she refunded Me my payment even tho I had not requested for them to do so. I respect that she took the time to investigate my claims to ensure I wasn't lying. So thank you moffett maybe one day I will try your services again. Respectfully OSCAR

Great service all around the board! Its hard to find plumbing businesses like this, they go above and beyond to help in as many ways as possible. They are always professional on time and super knowledgeable about the trade. Scott and Brandon were so wonderful. They were responsive, professional, and transparent about what work needed to be done to a leak in our garage. They made minimal amount of holes, spoke without a lot of plumber jargon, and most of all, were very friendly to our children and dogs. Will definitely be recommending them to our friends. I really appreciate the work that Rudy and Marco did at my house. They were professional, on time, explained all of the work that was to be done and completed all the work as promised. They were able to come to my house and do the work the same day that I needed them. I have used Moffett plumbing in the past and because I was so happy with their work at that time, I decided to give him a call again. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs and service.

Showed up but were unprepared for the work tCo be done, left with the sink not working and still had the leak in the shower. Said they needed more parts. called two days later and said they had all the parts except for one, expected it the next day. Never called back - I called them three a allater and surprise they just got the part and would be out that day between 2 - 4, showed up at 5:30. Fixed the leak and replaced sink cartridge - that they had broken on the first visit. They could not fix the sink cartridge that was actually leaking. They charged me for fixing the cartridge they had broken.

I called Moffitt plumbing because both my toilets were clogged. They were here in less then 2hrs and had them both working in less than 45mins. Brian showed me a picture from inside my pipe of the offset pipe that had caused the clog. I also knew about this previously because I had had the same issue a little more than a year earlier. They cleared my drain then also but I didn't have the money on hand back then to fix the issue.

I knew it would just keep happening if I didn't have it repaired soon so Brian gave me a quote and pushed the work out a month so I'd be able to save a bit more money. I also got quotes from 2 other plumber's. Brian's was the lowest of the 3. Plus he credited the charge for the previous service call. Today Brian and his partner Brandon showed up first thing this morning.

Both with great attitudes and big smiles. They were happy to explain each step and why it was nessasary. They seemed to be super knowledgeable. I was a bit uneasy due to the age of my home. I've heard horror stories about starting a job and having the old plumbing just crumble. He assured me he could get this done without additional issues and that's how it went. I'm very pleased with the work and it's guaranteed for 5yrs. I'll be calling Moffitt again when I need anything else plumbing related. Thanks Brian and Brandon you both did great work.

I had my shower head pipe torn when removing the showerhead. Rudy and his co-worker came to replace it. While they were there, I asked them to check on the other bathtub's faucet, leaking a bit while water was running. They replaced the pipe and shower head, plus adjusted my Faucet on the other bathtub within a couple of hours. As part of the $87 call fee, they did a quick walkthrough to check on dwelling water pressure and water heater. I was happy with their service, and Rudy was very professional. Rudy explained the process of what they were going to do to fix my issues.

From start to finish, the process was seamless and everyone we came in contact with was polite and caring. They were responsive to the quote in minutes. Promised to call in the morning to schedule a tech and they did. The tech responded the same day and did a great job in clearing up all the issues and the pricing was fair. We would highly recommend them for all plumbing issues and use them again.

Rudy from Moffet plumbing was excellent. On time, super professional, extremely knowledgeable, organized, and successfully repaired my shower quickly and easily. Once again Moffett plumbing to the rescue. When your a woman left to make decisions and faced with an issue ( you can't fix but tried) and it's a plumbing issue I wouldn't call another company. Few years ago we had major issues bam done. Amazing group of very handsome men. 3rd time out but all for different reasons. Rudy was amazing got us up and showering again & fixed my connection on my water heater. Great company, over the top customer service. My go to company only. Thanks guys your all the best.

We have used Moffett Plumbing a few times and have always been very pleased with their service and prices. They have fixed leaks, put new wax rings in, unclogged drains, and fixed our water heater when we thought we were going to need a new one. The techs are always so nice and personable. Nate Murphy has been out a few times and my husband is really impressed with him. They leave their work area cleaner than they found it. Moffett Plumbing saved our Christmas this year! Jessica from there customer service department was super awesome, she called and gave us an exact ETA and made sure we where okay and let us know who was coming to our home. Our drains were all backed up and we couldn't use anything! Vince H arrived and quickly got to work on clearing our drains. Then he showed us the issue on his sewer camera and gave us options to fix it. He stayed late, got it done in 1 day, cleaned up his mess and even raked up our leaves on the side of the house! Go Team Moffett!

What an amazingly good experience. I had a wonderful, polite and extremely professional plumber named Nate come to help me with my water heater problem. I had been having burner problems for 6 months and couldn't handle it any longer. After his diagnosis and upon his advise that I agreed completely with I thought it best to go with a new water heater.

He in no way pressured me into anything and agreed to do whatever I felt comfortable with. He sat me up with a great water heater at a fair and reasonable price. He removed the old one and installed the new one. His work was meticulous and very professional, I could tell he takes pride in his work. I could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer, I will make a point to ask for Nate each time. Thanks to Nate and Moffett Plumbing for a job well done.

I had two new toilets installed and I couldn't be happier with the service and work provided by Moffett Plumbing. Nate, the technician was professional and personable. He expertly installed the two new toilets with no problems. I decided to use Moffett based on my parents using them a few months back for work in their house and how good a job they did.

Our water heater pilot recently gave out so I called on Moffett. The response time was amazing. They sent their technician Rudy to come and take a look. I had hot water again in no time and hassle free! He was very professional and explained what needed to be done, gave me an upfront price and wrote out an invoice. Upon Arrival Jeremy greeted us with a great attitude. He was very professional and worked out the clogged issue. Once finished he cleaned his area and explained the worked performed in detail. Michael the owner personally came to our home in an emergency situation to assess our clean out leaking problem. He cleared our main line and let us know that our old pipe will need to be replaced! Needed to have both toilets tuned up. Both had water that would run. Jeremy arrived promptly, was great with my old golden retriever and provided thorough explanations on everything that needed to be done. Pricing was good and had needed parts with him. My water softener has never worked right. I got it about a year and a half and for at least six months our water has been very hard and never had to add salt. Got tired of regenerate it myself so I called Moffett they have a service fee to start and then a menu of supposed repairs. The techs were very nice but except for measuring the water pressure and the hardness of the water they didn't do anything I hadn't already done many times.

They called their supervisor and they agreed the machine was not reparable. They made no effort to actually fix it. They then calculated an exorbitant price on a new new system which I rejected. Basically I paid money for nothing. Very disappointing.

We had Brian out from Moffett today and he had great knowledge, fair pricing, timely, was so courteous and will definitely refer Brian with Moffett To friends and family for plumbing needs!

I took advantage of the training program and couldn't be happier. I had an annoying leak under my sink, not a lot of water but enough to let me know something wasn't right. I called and was given a one hour window for my appointment! They arrived on the earlier side of the one hour window. They set up mats to keep my home clean. They introduced themselves, Vince as the apprentice and Scott as his teacher. Vince listened to the information I had, then quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained what it was thoroughly and went to the truck to get the parts needed.

They returned and gave me the estimate and began work. Vince worked carefully and while Scott made small talk with me, he never took his eyes off Vince and gave him hints and corrections where needed. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable. They cleaned up after and even offered to return the items under the sink for me. I was very happy with my experience and would happily recommend Moffett Plumbing.

We needed our water heater to be double strapped quickly for an appraisal. They were able to come out the following day. While they did run a bit behind, that's to be expected with the way things are right now. The work was very well done, they were timely and professional, and they even fixed up the components of the water heater and made sure everything was up to code at no extra charge. Will use them again.

Vince and Scott (apprentice and senior tech) came to repair 4 faucets at my house. Both were very kind and professional. They had no issue with my dog and were very kind towards him when they entered. They did their best to fix all of my faucets and kept things tidy. I also appreciate that they wore masks and shoe covers while inside my home. I recommend their services!

After hearing the commercials on the radio, I called Moffett Plumbing because of a clogged shower. I was quoted $90.00. Their technician, Brian, came out and did a FABULOUS job. After several attempts Brian had to go back to his shop and get another tool. He got the drain unclogged without increasing the price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moffett Plumbing. Thank you Brian.

Mr. Moffett likes to reply with incorrect information. I had asked for my two brand new, existing toilets to be installed. There was no need for new toilets, new valves or new supply tubes. IT WAS AN INSTALL ONLY*. I didn't fail to mention anything in my review. I even had brand new wax rings. (Which they said they also could not use). *My new toilets had been removed to install new flooring.

Funny how the plumber I did hire came in with no issues with re-seating my existing toilets. NOR did he try to make me believe that I needed to replace all the new valves and tubes that were existing. But he did laugh when I mentioned your company name. I'll leave it at that. And yes, it was a fully licensed and insured company. Moffett Plumbing should learn how to do honest work, not point at items on your pre-printed menus of pricing. I completely stand by my original review. Charging someone almost $600 to re-seat two toilets (which took 1/2 hour), is a complete sham.

Gained my business then quickly lost it. First time I called them they arrived quickly and helped fix a leak caused by a tub spout I replaced recently. Thought I finally got a trustworthy plumber. Called second time since my water heater was leaking. Plumber came out to confirm I need a new water heater and gave an outrageous quote of $6500 for a water tank replacement. Obviously said no and they collected their service fee. Most companies provide no cost estimate for water heater repair. Won't go back for a third time.

The owner came to us to offer help for free since we live in the same community. Appreciate all the help and offer.

Jessica, the dispatcher, called to let me know that Rudy, the plumbing technician, was on his way.

He was on time and was so cleanly (shoe covers, gloves, face mask). I had a clogged drain in my dishwasher that was starting to emit a foul odor. He laid down a rug and proceeded to fix the problem efficiently. He noticed my sink faucet was "wobbly" too so he tightened it for me, free of charge. After Rudy fixed the clog, he cleaned under the sink and the area around the dishwasher until it was spotless.

He wrote an invoice with exactly what he had done and went over the straightforward pricing guide with me. I would highly recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air! In fact, I won't use anyone else! They always go above and beyond!

Great Service, Great Value, and Great Attitude! Nate Murphy came out to our Rental in Fullerton, and totally fixed the problem. My mom and sister happen to be out renters, and combined they are a force to be reckoned with! Nate was very patient and listened to all my moms "feedback" which was a lot. My sisters late husband was a plumber and she even gave Nate, 2 Thumbs Up!

Easy to schedule service with them and the support staff was in touch with me before our service technicians arrived to let us know they were running a bit behind. Brian and Jason were assigned to our call. They were both very friendly and professional. Wore masks inside and outside of the property and wore shoe protectors once inside the home. We called them for a sewer inspection.

While there they explained all of the steps, explained and described what they saw along the sewer lines and helped us understand any areas that may be of concern. They provided quotes for a potential problem area so we would know how much the issue could cost to repair. We also had them look at an issue in the bathtub and asked for a quote for an upgrade to the main water line shut off.

They were thorough and informative and took the time to explain the issue and provide a quote for repair/upgrade. We were really pleased with Brian and Jason's service and demeanor. Both were very kind, helpful, and professional.

Do not use for backflow inspection. Over $200 The plumber took apart backflow device, said it was broken and charged $250 plus dollars. I have had the backflow inspection from various plumbers every year as required by city. It always passed and never cost more the $75 dollars. Call someone else and save yourself a headache

Fantastic plumbing company that will not break your bank. We had two significant jobs that were done in one day, very timely and professional. Brian Rowles was the person that did the work for us. Brian wore a mask and shoes covers the entire time while he worked in our house, he was professional and knowledgeable of plumbing in general, works very well with the customers and I would recommend him to anyone.

We contacted Tom Moffet Plumbing in August after repeated drain clogs. We chose Tom Moffet Plumbing because it is a larger firm and has its own camera to look into the drains. Plumber Paul and Assistant Dave spent two days at our home and worked hard to diagnose and solve the problem. We had large roots in our drain pipe that caused repeated back ups.

The technicians that came out to service my dead water heater were very professional. Joe was very knowledgeable when explaining what the problem was, pricing options, and possible solutions to the problem. Both of the technicians were respectful, charming, considerate, and animal friendly.

We had an outdoor plumbing issue that needed to be resolved but each person who tried, did not succeed. Then, along came Chris from Moffett Plumbing. He immediately diagnosed the problem and described the procedures necessary to fix the problem. Chris did an exemplary job of resolving the drainage issue and of cleaning up all the mess.

On Sunday Aug 5th the main water line to my rental property burst and the decision to completely re-pipe the building was the most timely and efficient way to correct the problem. I am very pleased with the professional manner in which Tom Moffett Plumbing performed the work. I was personally on site during the entire project operation (which) enabled me to oversee.
