I have had the local plumber come out for many of my jobs, and still work closely with them. Fast, dependable, professional. I've worked with a few different plumbing companies and they are by far number 1. I recommend the Local plumber to everyone I know. Do not call them, they quoted me a price and once worked done they quoted me another price! Total rip off

Two guys from The Local Plumber came to our home and completed the plumbing work. It was fast, efficient, and they cleaned up. Our hot water heater busted and I called The Local Plumber, within three hours of the time that I called.

Being a first time homeowner you eventually need to find repair companies. The task can be daunting at times as you hope you find a knowledgeable company who will look out for your best interest and not take advantage of you. We needed a plumber and after searching on Yelp I decided to check out The Local Plumber. There website had valuable information and even offered a 10% discount for time customers.

There license checked out, and so I gave them a call. Bill was very pleasant and quickly answered my questions and was eager to obtain my business. I was first impressed that I was able to get a service time the very next day, and I was able to get a time that was convenient for me. When hiring a service contractor, I find that it's the little things that matter.

When the technicians arrived Keith introduced himself and his assistant and they both shook my hand. To me that is what professional service is about. Then, both technicians put shoe covers over their shoes. I really appreciate that especially since we have tile floors that get dirty easily. However, I've had other companies do the same thing. What really impressed me was that every single time the gentlemen went outside to get equipment they took the covers off and then put them back on each time they came inside.

That was impressive. So many times I've had other companies put the shoe covers on when they come in the first time and they wear them outside and back an forth which defeats the purpose.

Keith patiently answered all my questions and quickly and efficiently made the repair. He gave me a magnet/business card without me asking for one which shows me he values my business and wants me to be a repeat customer.

He even took the time to answer questions about a future repair we might make. If you are looking for an efficient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable company, The Local Plumber is for you.

Having had a ton of plumbers in our lifetime, none of whom ever arrived on time, did the job for a fair price, or stood behind their work, we were delighted shocked with Bill, from the Local Plumber. I highly recommend "The Local Plumber" because they provide fast, friendly, and professional service. I recently had water leaking out of the ceiling of my garage from one of my upstairs bathrooms so I gave them a call. After asking me a few questions over the phone, a two man team arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. They quickly went to work tearing out wet drywall and identified an upstairs toilet as the source of the leak.

Within an hour the problem was fixed and the plumbers had cleaned up the mess. They also referred me to a local handyman to replace the torn out drywall. I would definitely use "The Local Plumbers" again.
