Todd started Morrison Heating & Cooling in 2004, after working in the HVAC industry for 18 years. He wanted to work for himself and be able to provide for his customers based on their specific needs at a fair price. Todd is factory-trained with Goodman, Daikin, Navien and Rinnai equipment. Todd likes camping, riding his motorcycle and other off-road activities outside of work.Coming from the distributor side of the HVAC industry, John joined Morrison Heating & Cooling in early 2014. His knowledge of the industry and enthusiastic customer-focused approach is a great addition to the company, and his golden retriever Buck is a great office helper and friend to Todd's Rottweiler Bella.

The Morrison team provided excellent customer service, timeliness, and professionalism. They arrived early, communicated clearly the steps they would be taking, creatively worked to problem solve some of the quirkier/more challenging aspects of my old home, and left the space clean. Great experience with these folks! It's hard to find this kind of customer service. Im usually too busy to write reviews. Joe and his team made an impression on me, from the estimate to the completion. Very affordable, in fact best out of the two other I received. I haven't used the AC unit yet. But the heat has never blown this dang hard. House heats up quick.

The company installed a mini split in our house. We obtained estimates from three companies. Morrison's was the the most cost-effective in a substantial way. The sales process was prompt and the most informative of the three vendors. The installation crew were very knowledgeable and professional. We had a small issue with the installation that was very efficiently resolved by the owner who was available to discuss our concern and addressed it to our full satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

This was my first time needing a furnace replacement. I had several estimates and went with Morrison. I really appreciated the transparency and communication I received. Excellent experience with professional team that came out to install central AC to my home. Aaron H. Armando and Brandon answered my questions and were efficient and respectful to me as a homeowner while I had to work from my home office and be on calls/meetings. Absolute five star service! Peter, the salesman was down to earth and very friendly. Aaron, Ryan, & Armondo installation technicians were on time, efficient, friendly and communicative. Janet and Gina in the office were readily available in office to answer questions. Morrison was fairly priced too and great at communicating throughout process. Highly recommend! Thank you!
