Very easy to call and make an appointment. Glad they were able to come the next day. They were able to quickly repair the washing machine drain line which was clogged due to the air conditioning draining into the same line. Only thing I wish they would have done is call before they arrived. Other than that, it was a perfect experience!

The employees of Lifeline go above and beyond for their customers. I had a water heater installed by them 5 1/2 years ago. It stopped working right before the 6 year warranty. Karla was very helpful over the phone and setting up the technician, Wilmer to come by. Wilmer really went to bat for me and handled the entire process of working with the manufacturer to get me a new heater under warranty. His communication throughout the entire process was like nothing I have experienced in home repair. I would highly recommend Lifeline for any plumbing job.

Cameron & Saul were great! Professional, knowledgeable & very helpful. They pulled the old leaking low-boy water heater from a very cramped attic & pulled the required city permit & located & installed a new one the same day! Cameron came back the next day with the city inspector to have his worked inspected. Just GRRREAT Service!

Awesome customer service! Wilmer came on time. He knew the cause of the dripping from my roof before he even assessed it. He said my A/C line was clogged and that was right. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He also fixed two of my faucets that were dripping. He was very patient as well and answered all my questions. Wilmer did an amazing job!

Wilmer was spectacular from the moment he arrived at my house! He was patient as he listened to my explanation of what happened and communicated clearly every step of the way. Turns out our drain was very old and corroded, but Wilmer stayed late and worked diligently until he solved the problem. I would recommend Life Line Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They will be the only company I use from now on.

Wilmer and his assistant stopped by to help me unclog my kitchen drain. They were courteous and informative. The clog was fixed quickly, and they introduced me to total-c that will hopefully keep my pipe clean for a good while. I have called Life Line Pluming twice now for different needs and both times I have been extremely impressed with Roy. Fantastic service. The crew showed up to the minute when they told me they would. I had a 2 year old flush something down the toilet. They went above and beyond by not only removing the toilet to fix the issue like I planned on, but they ran an auger to make sure any other issues were solved, reinstalled the toilet and actually fixed a gap that came with the house initially. Highly professional, above and beyond service, very well priced. Can't recommend Wilmer enough.

Wilmer did a great job today with our dishwasher installation. Things were smooth sailing even with a couple hiccups from our previous dishwasher. He stayed to make sure everything was installed properly, and gave us great feedback for what else to keep an eye on around our older house. Will absolutely be coming back and requesting Wilmer for future plumbing needs!
