Fence King

"Imagine getting a Fence and then afterwards getting fined by the city for not having a permit pulled, this is a two person ran operation and will not be in business too much longer. Also after the first storm we had last week they still have yet to even answer or acknowledge me about any repair or moving forward"

Fence king is the WORST company. They are quick to take your money and that's about it. I was estimated to get my fence early February. End of February no fence and I was calling every number every day to get some sort of communication and NO ONE contacted me. Finally, at the end of March, the fence was put in, but this was after MANY ignored calls, voicemails and texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company installed my fence on December 2021. Around February I called them because my double gate fell off and can't be open properly. The informed me someone would come around to fix the issue. March I called again because no one ever came. They apologized and again said someone would come by to fix the issue. It is now April almost may and they do not pick up the phone. I've sent emails and no response. Beware of this company!

So disappointed with this company. After the installation of the fence I noticed water drainage from the sprinklers near the fence, clearly from the picture they broke it. No accountability nor integrity. I called the office multiple times and they had the nerve to say it "could of been my fault". Sadly I was recommended, I personally would NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I wish I could take it all back.

Could not recommend finding another company enough. My husband and I got a quote for a vinyl fence in December. We were told then that the fence would be approved by our HOA and installed by the 1st of the year. We put 50% down at that time. After no communication, we constantly called until we were finally able to get someone to answer. After being on hold for the manager, we have been hung up on multiple times and just want a refund at this point now that it is March. They have told us next weekend multiple times and fail to call or show up when the time comes. Poor communication, and poor professionalism.

I very rarely leave reviews but this company was just so disappointing. They were quick to start and get our money, and so quick to finish they made so many mistakes along the way. I have 3 gashes in my newly built home thanks to them bumping their equipment into the side of the house, and just recently realized they didn't put the fence on the right lines between my neighbor and I because when I turn my sprinklers on one of my sprinklers is in my neighbors yard! ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE.

So now I have to deal with by-passing one of my sprinkler heads thanks to their negligence. But not only that, I had call to have them come back twice to fix gaps in the fence from them over cutting the panels (which I couldn't relay to the men actually working since no one spoke English). If someone was at least willing to call and apologize or ask sincerely how my experience was I wouldn't feel inclined to leave a review but this company lacks the professionalism and skill to do a good job on something I paid $5000 for. Find a different company and save yourself the headache.

I enjoyed doing business with this company the best by far! From about a week to 2 weeks after we recieved our estimate from the young lady, our fence was being installed. I loved the prices and loved thaf they had options for financing as well as 3 months no payment! Customer service was through the roof and everything was easy to deal with, any questions I had were answered effortlessly by the girls in office. I HIGHLY recommend this company to do your fences.

This company is the best five stars. They are located in Haines city I believe. I live in deland and they came All the way north almost 2 hours to give me service. No longer than two weeks after the appraisal the company was out to build my fence. They did a fantastic job, I would recommend them to anyone! Service: Vinyl fence installation
