If you were looking for a negative comment you will have to go to a different company I can give you a name of a few companies that won't except new Customers or can't see you for a week when temp is 90 or discourage fixing in favor of Replacing. This is not Vital heating and air Vital Heating and air sent Matt Rainbolt to my home within the promised 48 hours he quickly identified the issue and intelligently and clearly discussed repair verses replace and promised estimates ASAP.

As promised he called within the hour with the ability to not only locate the needed part but the availability to come back that day and work hours to fix saving this happy customer thousands of dollars I am overjoyed with Vital heating and air and highly recommend Matt Rainbolt for his integrity, his honesty and his knowledge.

Highly recommend Vital Heating and Air! Called them out on a Monday morning for a quote on a new Heat Pump and had a new system in on Tuesday. Matt was great to work with. I've used Vital twice now. Had no prior experience with them. Took a gamble on them in July 2021 to install a smart thermostat. Matt answered my calls after hours and scheduled me in right away. He was quick and professional. Two weeks later I contacted him again due to high humidity in the house. I was asking about a whole house dehumidifier, but Matt recommended we do a full service on the unit to ensure everything was correct first.

This saved me lots of money and there was indeed other issues going on that Matt corrected. He is professional and knowledgeable in the heating and cooling field. He also took the time to explain the system to me. Vital will be the only company I use from now on. My parents used them as well when their A/C went out and had nothing but great things to say about them as well. Fair prices and very professional/knowledgeable.

Woke up this morning with no A/C. Contacted Matt and explained situation. Matt said he would be there between 9 & 10, showed up on time. Diagnosis was a capacitor needed replacement. A/C back to normal. Thanks Matt for your prompt and professional service. Ed Aide

Matt and his team installed a brand new furnace. They were prompt, on time, and very well organized. His team changed my original system from electric to a gas as well as installed a new AC system. Highly recommend Vital Heating & Air! Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday, we called Vital on Monday, and they put in a whole new unit by Tuesday! Matt was extremely friendly and prompt. On the day of the install he and his assistant, Mark, did a great job installing the unit and answering any questions we had.
