Look no further. Mike is the man! My a/c unit went out the Friday before we had family coming for a visit. Mike tried to squeeze me into his booked schedule on that Friday afternoon but when he couldn't he gave me a courtesy call to let me know. He came out early on Sat morning (his day off) and fixed my upstairs unit.

Mike and team were very professional, got right to the root cause quickly for why the heater wasn't producing heat, and resolved the problem the same day (even having to go get a specialized part). On top of that, Mike noticed that my unit was getting close to the normal replacement time frame and offered a program to clean and extend the timeframe that I'd need to replace unit.

After returning from vacation on Tuesday and it 100 degrees outside with three children, we came home to our house being 90 degrees inside! Not what we were expecting. I called Mike and explained what was happening and he said he could be here in an hour. He was here exactly as he said. After looking at the unit, we came to the agreement we needed a new air conditioning unit.
