Complete Comfort

Our AC wasn't working and we called Complete Comfort early on a Monday morning. They sent Michael out that same morning which I wasn't expecting, but my wife was very happy with! lol. Michael not only figured out the main issue, but addressed a couple other smaller issues while thoroughly checking the AC over (we purchased the home last year and are learning its needs, so this was great). I have nothing bad to say. Every part of the experience was good and Michael did a great job!

Super fast and friendly weekend service! Email and text messages updates and a bio and picture of our technician, Michael, before he arrived were a nice professional touch as well. Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling installed our HVAC system 5 years ago and they have yet to disappoint, their customer service and professionalism are the best I've experienced, I can't recommend them enough!

Our technician, Josh, was scheduled to visit between 12 and 2 PM. He arrived almost an hour EARLY, after first calling to ensure I would be available. He spent time researching the problem. He made sure I was aware of alternatives and costs associated with the fix. Josh was very conscientious and courteous throughout the entire visit - he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Although no one wants to have AC issues and pay for associated repairs, I am confident he was honest and very competent in assessing and solving my issue.

We have used Complete Comfort for years! Incredible company and all their techs are so helpful. We primarily have Chad do our service calls and he is so awesome! They always come on time, always explain what they are doing, always cleanup, always respectful, always friendly! We will never do business with anyone else, and they're expertise with geo thermal is amazing!

We called Complete Comfort after our furnace started making a noise every time the air would run. They were able to come out the same day when no other company was available. Chad the Lead Service Technician that helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He didn't try and sell us parts that we didn't need and wasn't pushy on any repair work that needed to be done.

He provided honest recommendations on the overall health and life of our unit and talked through pricing with us. He went above and beyond and got our AC back up and running in no time! We haven't used Complete Comfort before but will definitely use them in the future.

We had Complete Comfort install a geothermal system in our home over 5 years ago and have them come in 2 times a year for maintenance. Josiah was our technician. Heinformed me when he was on his way and he completed the maintenance in under an hour. He even cleaned a drain screen that I had neglected so that the A/C condensate would not back up in our basement.

My heating system went out and DJ Reese came to look at it, he was so nice and professional, did his best to help me, Chad also came and got it al done in a hurry. My furnace is old and on another day when I was ready to get a new furnace, Mark came and did an inspection to get a quote and was great. Chad showed back up to do a maintenance check at no charge. great company all around

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Josh and the crew from Complete Comfort. Annual maintenance and repair appointments were scheduled at our convenience. The technicians are polite and they always arrive on time. Recently, our furnace unit developed an unusual water drip. Josh worked on the issue until it was repaired the same day.

The team at Complete Comfort worked with us to design and install a closed loop geothermal system in 2014. We have had zero issues and the techs come out twice per year to do preventative Maintenance. I especially appreciate the thoroughness and detailed communication. Josh was on site recently and did an excellent job as usual.

Found a slight water leak near the left, rear side of our furnace. Called Complete Comfort to trouble shoot and repair. Technician, Josiah, was dispatched to our home. Josiah was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He diagnose a cracked valve very quickly and had it replaced within minutes. High praise for Josiah and Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for once again exceeding our expectations.

Josh came to do a winter service on our geothermal system today. He spent extra time to explain some things about our system that will be helpful to know. Recently had a geothermal system installed by Nate and Zack bringing resolution to a nearly 2-year problem that had left me without proper heating and air conditioning. Both techs were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with the time they spent here. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the work they did removing the old geothermal unit and installing the new one.

One of the things that stood out to me about their service was the promise that even though the work wasn't going to be complete at the end of Day 1, they would not leave me without heat that night. That commitment alone from the owner, Jeff, said a lot about the company and who they are as people in general. They are definitely the real deal and stand behind their promise of "Don't worry, we'll take care of it!". It has been an absolute pleasure working with them and I'll be sure to continue to utilize their service for periodic maintenance and service in the future.

Highly recommitment! I was having heating issues with my geothermal system and knew it would be busy, because it was the first few days of freezing weather. The answering service was extremely responsive and was told someone would be out to look at it the same day. Within the next few hours, Josiah came and was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and was able to fix a complicated problem that same day. I am so grateful I chose Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling! I feel like it's a very ethical company and extremely fairly. priced, too.

We were long-time customers of Complete Comfort since 2005 when they provided a new AC and ductwork for our older home in Dundee. In the past, their sales and service were outstanding. We have referred numerous friend and family based on our previous experiences. Earlier this year, we needed to add AC capacity to our older home. Complete Comfort came to our home and bid the job.

We signed a sales contract in May. As soon as we signed the contract, communication from Complete Comfort ceased. Our frequent calls to check on the installation status were not returned until the end of August, when the installation manager finally indicated that we would move forward with the project. This morning, the Complete Comfort team arrived at our home without so much as even a reminder call to start working on the installation of the new system.

My wife and I completely rearranged our work schedules to attempt to get the house ready for the installation. After we had removed much of the contents of our basement, the owner of Complete Comfort arrived at our home and indicated that they could not do the job as it was more complicated than they expected. This would have been helpful information to have in May when they were at our home to bid the job or when we signed a sales contract for a new AC.

We went through an entire summer without adequate cooling for our home because of a lack of communication and professionalism from Complete Comfort. If you need a reliable company to provide heating and cooling for your home or business, I would recommend using a different company. Particularly if you own an older home, do not count on them to complete the work, even if you have a signed contract.

I simply cannot say enough great things about this company! We purchased a new Geo for a home we recently moved into, and the existing plumbing was a nightmare (to say the least!). I know James will attest to this after the day he had here!

Our technician was very good polite asked who I was as my mom the home owner was gone. Courteous took if his shoes entering and exiting. Thorough and very nice clean and he took care of business. Hes a keeper.

A Great Experience: On a seasonal plan - Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling comes out to my residence to check and clean my thermal unit and put in a new filter. The process is easy; they'll set up the appointment, remind me that when the technician is on his way that he will call me and let me know.

I called after our AC just couldn't keep up and we had guest staying at our house for the week. I looked up the best reviewed company on Yelp and went for it. The company we have always used couldn't get there until another night, which meant another night of restlessness for our guests.

These guys are great. My A/C was out when I returned from work on a very hot and humid day in August. I called, told them my problem and they said there was a tech in the area finishing another appt. The tech was at my house within an hour and even if he was in my house just to grab a tool, he always slipped off his shoes.

Great People, Great Service, AAA+++ Been a customer for some time, had an idea but only really did not appreciate how exceptional the people at Complete Comfort are! Anyone can do work, but it is not about the work that gets done, it is about the relationship that you develop. When you call you get really pleasant and caring Alex that stays on top of your work request.

I can't thank Jeff & his team enough! We have a GEO Thermal heat pump. Not a lot of knowledge down in our area (65 miles from Omaha). Jeff did not hesitate to help us out & explain our problem & solution.

This company is great! My AC went out about a month ago during one of the hottest weekends of the year. I figured it would be 3-4 days before any company could even come out to look at it. I called on a Monday morning, they came out Monday afternoon and had it fixed by Thursday.

I have an update! Vlad, Brian, and Tim were out to finish the furnace install. They did an excellent job, answered all my questions and worked into the evening to get everything set up and working correctly.

My experience with Complete Comfort was first class from the initial call to the technician, James, fixing the problem. It was a Saturday and the hottest day of the year and, of course, the a/c stops working.

We met with Jeff, the owner, on the same day we called Complete Comfort regarding our A/C, which had gone out. Jeff was absolutely fantastic to work with: honest, straight-forward and direct, and most importantly trustworthy. He recommended a product that was appropriate for our needs.
