This is my second experience with Independent Overhead Doors. I called them out a couple of years ago to replace a broken spring and was completely happy with the service I received. Today they came out to replace my garage door opener which had stopped opening. If anything, they've gotten even better since the last time I had them out. The tech they sent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and on time.

He did an excellent job installing the new opener. It's way quieter than the one that was here when we bought the house 16 years ago, plus it connects to my iPhone. I believe they charged a fair price and I am completely satisfied with my experience. Thank you Independent Overhead Doors.

We had our garage door and all of the components replaced by Cary about 6 months ago. The plumbers left a water heater door open when they left that the new door came down on the top of the closet door, forcing it off the rails in opposite corners.

I called Sat am when they opened, their earliest availability was that afternoon. Cary arrived 10 min early and got to work after we discussed if the door was best repaired or replaced. There was no sales pitch to replace the door, in fact he said this is worth repairing. There was a lot of work to do, undoing some repairs done by the previous owner to shore up the heavy weight door.
