I really liked using this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Our technician Josh was good at communicating and very swift with repairs. He was in and out in 30 minutes. We replaced my broken spring and I got some new wheels for the track. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was honest about The condition of my garage. Literally one minute after he left, customer service called me to make sure everything was great. In my opinion, it was fairly priced for what was done. That is fantastic service and I highly recommend.

They are the best. On time and working hard to replace the spring in a two car Garage. I went with their recommendation of replacing a broken single spring with 2 springs. They worked hard in a garage with no windows and it was probably in the mid 90's. I was just watching and I just had to fix them some Ice water to try and help them cope with the heat.
They were working just as hard and fast as they could and did an excellent job which I am hoping will last as long as the original spring did, about 30 years. If anyone asks me they are the Company to call for help.

Very happy with our new garage doors so far. We purchased 2 new 8ft x 7ft doors from them. They were able to beat a competing offer and willing to provide as much as info as we needed during the quote/estimate phase. The doors are working very good so far (it has been 2 days). And the work comes with a 2 year warranty, so we have the ease of mind that even if something breaks due to wrong installation or something like that, they will come and fix it.

Zach was great! The office communicated with me that he was available early. Zach listened to my concerns, operated the door a couple times, went over his diagnosis with me, and then went over the work he did. He did not even try to collect payment (which was very reasonable!) until he was sure I was satisfied. Our door is now operating properly again! After looking at reviews for several garage door repair companies I decided on Veteran Garage Door Repair. Called and was given an appointment the same day. True to their promise someone would contact me 20 minutes before arrival, 2 repairmen arrived, went to the garage, gave a reasonable bid and started right to work. Two cattywompous garage doors are now like new using the same doors. So satisfied and would and will recommend this company to family and friends. Very impressive experience. Great job!

These guys are the best. I had a torsion spring break first thing in the morning and gave them a call. Not only were they friendly and helpful when scheduling the FREE consultation/estimate, but they were able to get the job done same day. I'm usually a DIY guy, but my garage door coming off after springs broke was one diy I could not do. I called in the morning and by the afternoon Codie E. was able to make it out ahead of schedule. Quickly diagnosed issues, gave a quote which was better than others and didn't charge a fee to just come out, and took care of the repairs within 2 hours. Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced, and I mean best service out of restaurants, dealerships, retailers etc. anywhere. strongly recommend this company.

This company is fantastic! Our garage door spring broke on Friday evening over 4th of July weekend. I called and was surprised they even answered the phone since it was almost 7pm. They came the next day on a Saturday nonetheless. The tech was professional, efficient and polite. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me a quote and got it repaired in just under 90 minutes.
I wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg but it was actually less than I expected and the cost of home ownership and maintenance. Sergio was our tech and he was great. I'd definitely recommend!

Jordan was arrived earlier than expected which was a blessing to me. He was very nice and professional. He completely removed my old unit and installed the new unit in about an hour. Called late last night and got an appointment for the next day. Trent called and said he had finished up early, came over and assessed the system. Turns out our existing system isn't something they service and is a legacy product that builders use which work but tend to fail and require maintenance. He was able to replace this with a conversion kit and 2 hours later the door is working whisper quiet again. Much appreciated the fast response and great service.

Excellent experience working with Veteran Garage Door Repair company, from very first interaction during appointment scheduling to working with technician, and follow up from company's office staff. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to repair garage door and return it to the working order fairly quickly. We did not had to reschedule after the initial estimate, since all the work was completed the same day. Highly recommend this company if garage repairs are needed.

We are very satisfied with the service we received today. From the very first phone call on Wednesday, I spoke with a gentleman, really wish I could remember his name, who was just so friendly and professional. I really wanted to get an appointment in the next day but he was booked and didn't have anything until Friday. Which I understood. My husband did have someone come out on Thursday and the company he called out was just so unprofessional and outrageous prices.

Veteran Garage door repair does the right things in regards to customer service. 1. You call and actually talk to someone without tons of automated call options. 2. They offer 2 hour windows and call/text when they are on the way. I've been given a morning or afternoon time slot with other providers. 3. Their prices are very fair. 5. When the tech is done and has left, the office calls up (within 15 minutes) to make sure that everything is fixed and to your liking. Lance was my tech, and had no problems explaining the issue that was going on, and then seemed in no hurry when I asked a lot about different maintenance items and settings. He also gave me some warnings to watch out for with a aging motor. Great service.

I was very impressed. I called when my garage door stopped working, expecting to have to schedule an appointment for 1 or 2 days out, but they came out the same day. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and friendly. Not only that but they are super affordable. I'm so happy I have a fully functional garage door again! Zach was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable and understood exactly what was going on, and explained the issues thoroughly so we understood.
