This is a 5 Star business right here. Would give them a 10 if It was an options. There customer service is very professional. They were very prompt to come out and look at our gate even in the crummy cold weather. Got the parts needed, repairs done quickly. Our gate is back to working well and I don't have to get out and open and close on multiple times a day with 4 kids in and out all day.

The top to panels of garage door was tearing and needed replacing. So I whe in Angie's list and put in a service request. They called me immediately and it was 10 pm which surprised me but I was at work still so it was perfect. They came out the next day and repaired unfortunately the panels didn't match in design do to the age of my door. I asked what it would take to replace the other 2 panels and they said no problem and apologized for not letting me know a head of time. So 2 weeks later they were out and replaced it in record time and didn't even charge me a serve call. The installer was friendly and professional.

I highly recommend quality garage doors the service was excellent the technician Al Daily came out within less than an hour of my call. He explained everything very well and provided excellent service. He is very experienced and my garage door was fixed very quickly. He performed an overall check of my garage door to ensure that everything was working correctly and the price was very reasonable compared to another company I called out previously. I was interested in replacing my garage door opener system and the team at Quality Garage Doors were able to come out the same day that I called to offer a free estimate. The price was unbeatable and we scheduled the installation for the very next day.

Great service, very polite and professional. Came on a Saturday, however, garage door was fixed on a Monday since my garage door is different from the average garage door. They had to order the spring that was broken since the garage had only one spring and wasn't capable of being manually opened to take our cars out of the garage. They did a great job on opening the garage manually on Saturday, so I could take out the cars and wait until Monday for the garage to be fixed.
They installed two springs as well, that way if one spring was broken I could still open the garage manually without difficulties. Everything was on time, reasonable price, and very quick service. I highly recommend this company!

The service of Fort Worth Garage Door Repairing Company is just more than admirable. The technician from this company took just two hours in fixing the springs, smoothening the alignment, eliminating some weird noises, and in changing some parts. Further, they charged very low, which further shocked me happily.
