I had my garage door installed by Davis Door Service several years ago and it was a great experience. At that time they came out and took my old door away (not an easy task as it was a really heavy old wooden door) and installed a new door for me. The price was very good and the door operated perfectly when they were done, which didn't take long. Today I called them out to service the door and Tyler came to take care of it.

He was at my house less than an hour after my initial call. His customer service was exceptional. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Basically everything today's customers want, but so rarely get in the service industry. He took care of the issue (routine maintenance) in about half an hour and the door is working perfectIy again. If I ever need anything regarding garage doors, this is who I will call. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Thanks Tyler, and Davis Door Service, for taking pride in what you do and valuing your customers.

Needed a new garage door, spring, and track. Called Matt on Monday, set an appointment for Thursday, sent him a picture of the old door, confirmed he had said door in stock. Sabas was the install tech. He attacked that old door like a pro, from removing the old door to installing the new one, it took 1.5hr. From my initial call with Matt to Sabas who installed it, the service was courteous, helpful and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

One guy was here to fix broken spring. It took 30 minutes & he charged $285. Seems excessive to me. I would call someone else.

Great and fast service. Staff is super friendly. They came by on a Saturday afternoon. No selling of extra stuff. We definitely will use the again if needed

This company is reliable, provides quick, quality work and is very reasonably priced. I called a different company first for a quote for a fairly simple fix on the door bracket that was bent. They quoted me at $250! Jonathan came out to my house, listened to my concerns about the garage door and gave me a quote LOTS LESS and he tuned it up! It is now quiet and dowsn't bang when it hits the ground. Rarely do I HIGHLY recommend a company. I highly recommend Dave's Door Service From Weatherford!

Within 30 minutes of my call, Fillipo was at the house and repairing the problem. My daughter rents the house and her landlord would not repair the problem for 10 days. I was uncomfortable with a door that was not secure for that period of time, so paid out of pocket. Response time, courtesy, thoroughness and dollar value all 5 STAR!

They did a great job repairing my garage door. I thought the door would have to be replaced but they were able to make it look as good a new. They also adjusted my garage door opener and it sounds better than it ever has. They came out the very next day after calling them right at their closing time.

Very rude to deal with over the phone. The man on the phone did not act like he wanted any business. Before the conversation was over he hung up on me.

Fast service. Called at 8:30 and he was here at 10. Matt was a great told me the problem and fixed it fast less than 40 mins in and out. He also gave me some tips on servicing the door. These are your guys! They also work on gates.

I call these guys because my LiftMaster with a lifetime warranty on the belt was broke. And thank you LiftMaster for no longer making that part. #sarcasm The guy i spoke to said he could be out with ONE day and showed up and replaced my ancient unit. He then programmed all of my remotes and showed me how to program them. A couple of days later I woke up and my garage door was open! Needless to say I was a bit uneasy and blamed my daughter who denied leaving the door open.

The next day.same thing. At one point I know where ALL my family are and I hear the door opening. Pistol drawn i go to the garage and nobody is there but the door is open. I call them on Saturday and he offers to come out immediately. His service tech replaced the entire ghost inhabited motor to correct the problem. I'm writing this review because so many people will take the time to complain but few will take the time to say good job'!

If you have ANY garage door issues. make ONE call to these guys. They use quality parts and their customer service is outstanding! We may never know why that door opener was haunted. but its gone now! Thank you Davis Door Service. 5 STARS!
