I have used Veteran garage now for the second time. The first time in 2023 they were great, but I decided to wait on a new system. However, today on a Saturday they came out within a few hours because my door was stuck and wouldn't go down. I ended up buying a new smart system, comes with app access, it integrates with my smart home system, a camera on the Garage unit, an outdoor pad and all installed within 1 hour! Would definitely recommend them! Plus they are Vet's, God bless the USA and our Armed Forces!

Again great service from VGD. JT was my tech this time. Gave me a notification before he arrived. Got here exactly when he said he would. Most importantly these guys know what they're doing. I had a spring that broke. The door had two springs and JT recommended to replace both, which I did. I decided to replace the rollers with new nylon rollers. I only did that because I really liked the service I got and they clearly know what they're doing. If you want the job done professionally, promptly and they tell you beforehand exactly what it will cost, go with Veteran Garage Door.

We were on our way to the store-or so we thought. Our garage would not open all the way because of a broken spring. We couldn't get our car out even after pulling the release. We called three garage repair companies first. They either didn't answer or couldn't get to us until tomorrow or the next day. Veteran Garage Door Repair was the only place that had an available same day appointment.
Our technician was at our door in 30 min. He gave us our options and explained the pros and cons clearly. About an hour or so later, our garage was back working with better quality springs and a two year warranty. Thank you for the speedy service!

I am very happy with the ease and professionalism of dealing with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I needed a whole new garage door installed. They were very prompt about getting back to me. Trent G. did an amazing job and also cleaned and tightened several other parts. All in all to get a company to come out this fast was a miracle. I need to have 2 new springs, cables and wheels put on. He did an excellent job and finished within an hour. He gave me a discount of 10% as we had quite a bit of work done. The parts and the service come with warranties and it was all well explained to me.

Sam, the technician, showed up on time and told me why I shouldn't try to install my own garage door spring. The pricing was really reasonable, especially considering the warranty included with the spring and installation. I'll call them to install a fancier garage door when I sell my house.
