This company was recommended by Getem Pest. I called them after we had a broken pipe in the crawl space dumping over 17,000 gallons of water. They responded to my call next day, gave me an estimate and started the work immediately. Mold was found and mediation done. Follow up was great and they emailed me pictures as the job progressed. This company and its associates were wonderful. Would highly recommend them.

Water Damage Solutions did a phenomenal job cleaning up our crawlspace after a pipe leak. Darin and his team were consummate professionals, arriving on time and doing exactly what they said. Darin was so easy to work with, keeping me informed every step of the way. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and even came by on a Saturday morning to check the dehumidifier.

Absolutely the BEST water damage company I have ever come across. Brian, Downing, Kevin, and Daren hands down saved my house! They are not only great at their jobs, but they are fantastic to work with as well--super encouraging and comforting when my home was destroyed, and they helped me find an awesome contractor to repair the damages as well. Could not have found a better company to save me. They went above and beyond, even when my house had a couple electrical issues. HIGHLY recommend!

Darin and Brian were amazing! They came to my condo right away after I had four inches of water flood the whole place. They started mitigation right away and were able to save almost everything. The communication was great. They kept me informed of what was going on throughput it all and even came to check on things over a holiday weekend. Despite the circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience with Water Damage Solutions. We unfortunately had a pipe burst, but Water Damage Solutions was able to quickly start the drying process in our kitchen and crawl space. We had two gentlemen assist us during the drying process and they took adequate precautions, such as face masks and distancing, which I appreciate since one of my family members is high risk.

This company was suggested by our plumber to address "grey water" under our house so that his own workers could work safely to complete our crawl space issues. Water Damage Solutions sent someone out the same day to go under the house to determine the problem (sent excellent photos so that we and our insurance company could see the problem). We had an estimate the next morning. Had to wait for insurance company approval, but they were out as soon as that came to address the issue!

The plumber coordinated his arrival that afternoon. WDS had to come one more time to complete the job. Called to coordinate with us. The result is excellent air quality in our home once more! This company is professional, shows up on time, and is respectful of your property! We can't suggest them highly enough!

I can only describe this company in one word. Awesome! It's hard these days to find good customer service AND quality work. This was our first major issue at our home and their team made us feel confident and comfortable in the process from the moment we first spoke over the phone. They put us at ease with the entire repair process even though they were only taking care of the water damage portion.

This is a very honest company who doesn't ask for any amount of money upfront unlike the first company I contacted that forced me to pay for the entire deductible which would have been $2500 before starting the actual work. This company took care of my water damage issue right away and was very kind and patient to explain to me the overall work that needed to be done. Darin and Brian who were assigned to do the work are very polite, friendly and kind and you can tell they're experts at what they do given the quality, speed and accuracy of their work. Also Stephen who delegated the work to his team did a great in making sure everything is covered to take care of my water damage issue at the house, hes a great leader!

Called water Damage Solutions due to water leak i had in my kitchen sink drain. Tim showed up about 90 minutes later to evaluate the problem. Tim patiently explained the extent of the damage done by the water drain and explained what needed to be done.
