I worked with United to remediate a leak around the base of my alcove shower. They were very responsive in scheduling the remediation work and treating the area for water damage. We decided to upgrade the finishes and the repair work was quickly scheduled and completed to a very high quality. I highly recommend them for any major damage remediation and repair work.

Call United First! I had my toilet back up and overflow continuously into my living space! I called right away and they had someone out astonishingly fast. Turns out my main was backed up because roots had grown into it, in the front yard. So all sewage was backing up through my downstairs toilet and all into everywhere else! talk about NOT FUN! They got a team out town shut off the toilet and get everything cleaned up super fast.

As the project of getting everything cleaned, removed, repaired, and replaced went on, they were amazing about communication and staying on top of the project. Their workers were particularly sweet and kind, clean and courteous. That matters so much to me with kids in the house. They took care of communicating with insurance and the different teams that did the work, which was a load off my shoulders.

In total, a bathroom had to be ripped out, flooring in two rooms, drywall, and all of the duct work under the house because it flooded into the ducts (yuck, don't want to breathe that air in). They did an amazing job. It is more beautiful now than it was before and I have to reiterate at how pleased I was with the workers and their bedside manner the entire process.

As a single mom, I felt safe having these workers in my home and I was thankful for how well and how clean they worked. Really, if you have an issue in your home, call United first!
