AC Service Today

Not even worth one star. Hired them to clear a clog on ac drain. Gentleman came out and used suction on outside. Then cut pvc on inside. did not glue properly as leaked. He left but still an issue as still clogged. Called back and office kept hanging up on me. Finally got thru and wanted to change me for another emergency visit and service call. Mind you his cutting of pvc was not glued properly and was leaking.

And never cleared clog. I wound up reglueing pvc. Adding clr to drain and running a snake thru it. I solved the issue. They were trying to sell me a new unit for 6k to 8k. I know I would need one soon but definitely not them. Btw we were considering replacing but with the zero customer service. Not with them. And also tech started talking politics whereby I shut him down by stating I don't discuss politics. Btw I had recommended them for years.

Never again. Inadequate service and zero customer service follow up. Especially since we were considering replacing complete system. Stay away. I even asked to speak with owner to resolve

The tech came out the same day and wasted no time taking care of installing and setting up a wireless thermostat. He also gav the system a quick check since we are snow birding. Highly recommend m. Great service

We needed work on our AC and called them to have a look. They said we had a bad valve, and also recommends replacing another part which would have cost half as much as a whole new system. They said the parts were out of warrantee and we'd need to buy them. We got another company to take a look. Turns out that the parts WERE in warranty still. and they were not the issue!

It took under $100 to fix our system, where A&R wanted to charge about $2000. I highly recommend that you avoid A&R. They just want to rip you off. And they don't return phone calls either. What kind of a way is that to run a business? Zero stars.

Ron and his crew did the installation and follow up.once again knowledgeable, professional, clean, detailed oriented and I loved the booties for in the house!

We have been here for 6 years and have had service contract each year with them. Three years we bought a new Carrier unit from them. Recently the new unit had a back up of water in drain line causing water to backup in our garage, I called their office around 3 pm on a Friday, and they after checking we were a regular customer, were able to get a tech to us by approx. 5 pm that day, That is certainly superior service.

Hopefully you remember me but you met with my wife (Susan) and I last Thursday and we purchased an a/c unit from Precision which was installed this past Tuesday. First, even though it cost us money, both Susan and I were very impressed with your professionalism and honesty which is rare to find these days.

A&R did a great job! I would have them back again. Dan the Tech did a great Job had all the answers. fixed my system in no time flat. I would have them back any time!

Absolutely fantastic company! Great staff who really know what they're doing not only in a/c but in customer service. I had some serious problems with my thermostat and air handler and they came out that day to fix it.

Great Place, Amazing People. Company knows how to treat customers and it shows. My Heat went down on one of the first colder mornings we had. The company was called and they had a technician to my house within an hour.
