We recently had Ten Penny remove and replace hardi board siding with lp smart side on our entire home. They investigated the cause of 2 areas of roof leaks and bid them separately. They came out to do bids promptly. The estimator suggested that one leak may not be a roof leak at all, but a leaking joint in a bend in the plumbing stack. We put a vent cover on it, and that leak went away. So we authorized repairs for the leak around the chimney.
