I had two guys come and perform a vent cleaning. The team was awesome. They were courteous, professional, and absolutely dedicated to finishing the job right and leaving my house (including the vents) cleaner than they found it. They took the quality of their work personal and and put lots of effort into doing the job right. Great job!

Critical: Responsiveness I requested carpet cleaning. Never came. I called, and asked them when are they going to come. The caller said he'll call back and never did. Waste of time.

Jim was great! He helped me get a quote and schedule the appointment for the next day due to a cancellation! The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and fast.

COIT is amazing! BACA Z is very happy with our carpets and tile! Jim is so responsive, the scheduling process is quick and easy, they are time flexible and the team did an amazing job on our carpets they look brand new! They took away huge spots that had been there for a couple years and after our service Jim stopped by the company to make sure we were happy with how everything turned out. We were looking for a top to bottom cleanup of our ducts and dryer vent, and we received a super job. Jose, our tech, did a superb job. Not only did he manage to reach into some difficult places because of the strange configuration of our house, but he solved the mystery of why our dryer was regurgitating so much lint. There were two dead starlings in the vent. A top notch professional job.

Jose was super friendly and did a great job cleaning our dryer vents! They were pretty terrible but we feel more rested knowing he cleaning them thoroughly. Calling soon to get the rest of the house done!

I called for an estimate on some grout being cleaned and Joe Ortiz was the salesman who treated me with respect on the phone. You could tell he wanted to help me vs. make money off of me. Can't wait to see the improvement of our floors. Highly recommend!

I asked the COIT team to do a thorough cleaning of my house including carpets, upholstery, draperies, walls and detail cleaning of my bathrooms. The whole project was to be done in one day, Team members were very experienced in their areas of expertise. If the scope of work was more or less than expected, then we made adjustments along the way. It was a true team experience, which was refreshing. If you want to hire exactly the right people for a job in the right order, this is the place to go.

Allen did a great job cleaning our carpets! He was able to remove the stains from our carpets. He made sure we were satisfied wth the carpet cleaning and was very knowledgeable. He is reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Allen is truly amazing with dog smell and odor. I never thought he could pull off getting my carpets clean. He even helped us move stuff so he could do his job. He was also very friendly. Call you next time.

Allen was fantastic. He came to our house, removed a few awful dog stains and cleaned our general carpet areas. He was so friendly and professional. We loved that they move the furniture too, that saved us a lot of hassle!
