Waterfalls Pool Services is unlike any other pool company. There are two areas that make us different. The first is our experience, and the second is our approach. Besides construction we have extensive "hands on" operations experience. We have a pro-active approach to customer service. In other words, we strive to deal with pool operations issue before they become serious and expensive problems.

We accomplish this by offering a comprehensive review of your current operations, including equipment, personnel, procedures and operating expenses. The objective of this review is to identify the areas of strength and weakness and provide support in those areas.

Had just bought a new house in McKinney, and had a few concerns regarding the pool. The owner of the company came out, in great spirits, and took care of the whole system, from the low salt-water level to the clogged DE-filter. He, additionally, got the sweeper working, and set up the schedule timer. I am very happy to be set up with two-weekly service! 5-stars all-around.
