Robert was outstanding. Originally came to see why my salt chlorinator for my pool wasn't working. Chased down the issue to a bad 240 circuit breaker only allowing about 116. I bought the new breaker and he came back out to install. Rewired the chlorinator and now everything is running right and more efficiently. Told my neighbor and she got Bolt to put in lights and was very happy! Not the cheapest but their work makes up for it.things are done RIGHT with no upsale talk!

I really appreciate the good communication with this business to determine what I needed, set up my appointment for quote and installation, then calling to confirm with me my appointment. And also the electrician himself calling me to let me know he was on his way was a nice gesture. My technician Robert was a very kind, knowledgeable gentleman. He was fast and replaced my backyard crusted old light fixture with my new Ring camera floodlight.

And he helped me set it up on my cell phone with my Ring app. He made me feel very comfortable, safe, and he answered all my questions. Great company with excellent integrity. Thank you! A++++

I wanted to update my light fixtures in the kitchen. I had enough of the ugly fluorescent light boxes and wanted them removed and replaced with modern lighting. Bolt Electric was one of the companies I called to get an estimate. Robert came out and gave a reasonable price and I went with them. I'm glad I did. Robert did a great job with installing the new lighting. He started on time and finished on time. I'm going around my house to see what other fixtures need updating. You can trust Bolt Electric to do it right.

I had several breakers tripping repeatedly in my home. After some research, I scheduled with Bolt. Robert showed up right on time, investigated the problem, and explained what he thought was likely to be the problem. He completed the work promptly and effectively for the quoted price, problem solved. I will definitely call them again if I need an electrician.

During this pandemic I have had a hard time getting electricians to come out for repairs. I had flaky ones who no showed or did not do the work, way overpriced ones, and finally Bolt Electric. The electrician came out, charged an estimate fee which was applied to the work, and evaluated my concerns. When he looked at the electrical panel on the house and for my AC units he presented me with options for the work I wanted done (stand alone electric supply for my jacuzzi).

In addition he advised me that my electric panel was ideal for a generator hook up and also suggested a surge protector for the panel. I was emailed a quote for the work and compared the estimate to another electrician and found the price to be fair. I gave the go ahead to order the parts and set up a date for installation. I had to move the installation date back by a day which was not a problem for the company to accommodate.

The electricians showed up on time and did a professional installation. I was advised of a couple issues and options (not an upsell but a legitimate problem with my existing equipment that I was unaware of since I just purchased the house). I was on the fence about the generator hook up but after talking to my neighbors about the rolling power outage from the 2021 freeze I opted for it to ensure my family would have power no matter what.

I was shone how to work the newly installed components and satisfied with the work and cost. I highly recommend Bolt Electric and am arranging them to work on my rental house.

Bolt Electric is a great company to go with for your electrical needs. My husband was deployed and I over used our electrical making something in the air fryer simultaneously with other things in the house (oops!) and fried one of the wires. Fortunately, I found Bolt and they sent Robert to my house to take care of it. The job was done so fast and he informed me of exactly what happened and how to avoid it in the future.

He also let me know about an option of installing another outlet for just my air fryer since we purchased an older house that doesn't quite have the capacity to handle it. Great Company, very professional electricians. Robert was great! We will continue to use Bolt in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Bolt that guarantees we will use them for future needs. The technician came out to address some concerns we had with two outlets. He did a thorough check to identify the problem and, after we discussed another, unrelated problem, he preformed a rewiring for an incredibly reasonable price. He gave me significant information about light bulb choice and recommended a location for future light bulb needs. Had five fans that needed to be installed on cathedral ceilings ranging from 9-13 feet high. Our service technician (Andrew) arrived when promised and efficiently installed all fans, some with remotes and others requiring switching out outlets with dimming and fan speed controls. Very courteous and engaging and made certain all was working to our satisfaction prior to finishing for the day.

We have two fans to go upstairs (missing parts I had to order from the manufacturer) and plan to have Bolt install those once the parts arrive. Great value as I like billing by the hour as opposed to a specific job and great work. I had fans installed in other homes and there always seem to be wobbling with at least one of them. All these fans are have no wobbling issues what-so-ever.

Had a great experience with Bolt Electric. Had some trouble with my breaker box during the winter storm. Looked for a reliable and highly rated electric company to diagnose and fix the problem. That's when I called Bolt Electric. Andrew came over this morning and did a great job. Explained what happened and did the repair work in less than 30 minutes. I very much appreciate the work and would recommend Bolt Electric to anyone who needs electric repair work.

This might be an odd review because I wasn't able to use them due to time constraints on my part. However, the representative who spoke with me was courteous and professional and offered me some very helpful referral information, which worked out well. I would definitely call again.

Couldn't have been happier, start to finish. I reached out to multiple companies for quotes, these guys were not only the first to respond, but had the best customer service as well. They gave me an accurate estimate by a phone explanation alone for a more than fair price. They worked with my schedule and in no time, Robert and Austin showed up and knocked out installing a floodlight for us over the garage.

A simple truth. An overhead kitchen light is important. You don't even know how important until you don't have one. So, it stands to reason that the company you trust to come out and repair that important light must be competent, professional, and courteous. Excellent work. We moved to a new house that hadn't been taken care of well. I found Bolt Electric on Yelp and they totally lived up to those good reviews. Ronnie, the owner, came over and spent an hour and a half catering to my every question. He gave me an estimate and was very helpful. David completed the work. Great attention was paid to both small and big tasks. Pricing was reasonable. I'm very happy with the work and would hire again if need be.

These guys are on point. I need to run some tools that pull high amps in my garage but my new house only came with 1 outlet. First let's start at the end: Bolt's craftsmanship was pretty damn good. His work looked 10 x's better than anything I've seen in this 2018 home. This guy made the home builder look flat out incompetent. The finished product was clean and classy.

He even labeled the new breakers for me inside the breaker box. So back to the beginning; the electrician and I talked about what I was trying to achieve, and he gave me a few options and dropped his recommendation on what would be the safest, easiest and most functional for my request. I took his recommendation, he was in an out in less than an hour.

The price. Well you get what you pay for right?!?. I needed someone to rewrite my home's breaker box. I'm not trying to get killed or burn the place down. The electrician explained what he's doing and why he's doing it. I'm sure I could have saved $10 or $20 bucks, but why? This is about safety and security. I needed the job done correctly, the first time.

Bolt didn't come want to come to our side of town to install security cameras and a doorbell, so we went with Mister Sparky and can highly recommend Mister Sparky and will use them for future jobs. Bolt said the price of gas was the reason they did not come out this way. They lost out on a job and a lot of money.

Very professional, upfront hourly pricing quoted on the phone. I made an appointment, and I love that they called me the day before to assure me they were coming. The electrician arrived on time with a 10 minute call before hand. He was great with cats and dogs, also very efficient and professional. Ronnie is deserving of my confidence on many things. I needed to have my main panel replaced with all of the connections and breakers, as well as the ground connection fixed and tested. The estimate was not the lowest, but NO ONE ELSE provided as much of a description of the work to be done. He also appeared confident in the estimate throughout the process.

5 stars for a stellar service experience. From the inbound phone call requesting service (Wendy), to the finished product, (Ronnie), the whole process exceeded my expectations. Ronnie, actually took the extra effort to repair and retrofit my existing fixtures to LED as opposed to just wanting to replace the entire fixture.
