Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy & friendly, technicians were knowledgable, timely and friendly. Called Lowry after a visit & estimate from another company. They accurately fixed what needed to be done, and beat the price of previous estimate.

Excellent work, price and professionalism. Had a job to install new outlet and run new wire for a jetted bath -- another local company estimated nearly 2k for the job. Lowry got it done for under $700. Honest guys, clean workers and just overall great job. Will be calling them for all future electrical needs.

The Tech did the job. My review is regarding the unexpected cost for the visit. We are in a new house, still getting used to the various intricacies involved in a new home. They had done work for us before and did a great job. This time we found that our outdoor electrical plugs weren't working - expected problem to be circuit breaker - checked them, all working properly to our inspection. Decided to call an electrician, did our search and picked Lowry again.

Main issue - didn't ask about 'service charge' since i've never paid one before. They came, took about two minutes to find and reset a GFCI that i didn't even know was there (about two feet from breaker panel) and wrote me a bill for $126.25 ($95 service - $31.25 for pushing the button on the GFCI) Total bill for 5 minutes. I would have thought twice if they had told me about the $95. The moral - ask before you tell them to come visit.

I called this company to give me a quote on running new electrical to two buildings at the back of my property. I had to pay for him to come out and if we hired them, they would deduct the initial payment from the bill. That was in March. It is now May and I still don't have a bid. Haven't heard a word from them. What a scam. I'm going to report them to BBB. The least they could do is return my money.

I would like to thank each of your staff for the courteous and professional service provided. This morning Robert and David notified me they were on their way--to install my chandelier.(an hour earlier than expected which was very nice). They were both very courteous, professional. Quickly did their job and cleaned up excess mess--plus returned dining set to original location.

Bad service! Stay away. They did not do what we asked them to do. Then they had a floating ground, which left us unable to use some outlets. We had to call them back out, which they took their time coming back out to fix their mistake. They lack communication and expertise, use another electric company.

We have used Lowry Electrical on three separate occasions and each time we were impressed with the attention to detail and reasonable rates. From the initial call with Rachel, the estimate from Jason and the technicians that completed the work, all were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We have estimates for future work and will absolutely be calling them.

I wanted to try a new electrical co. to do the work at my house this time around and I am so glad I decided on Lowry Elect. Rachel was so sweet and accommodating from the get go, as was the estimator, Jason. I really like the young man who was sent to do the work Duane. He really knew his job and did everything very well. After delaying our service, ignoring phone calls and trying to put blame on CPS for the delayed worked for three weeks! They up and decided to cancel on us when we started pushing them on getting our work done.
