I had John Jones Electrical Services out to my home to install four previously-purchased exterior light fixtures. Terrible customer service. I called and gave my name and said I was looking for electrical work; the first thing the operator asked me was would you like a phone quote? or free estimate. I said either is fine and she responded we don't do those.
