My garage door came off the tracks and wouldn't close. It looked like it could never be fixed again. I called Rise and Shine garage door and told them my story, they worked with my work schedule, gave me a time window for when the tech could come out. I can't say enough good things about my tech, his name is David. He diagnosed the problem and had options for me within 5 minutes.

He carefully and very thoroughly explained each option to me in detail so I could make the best informed decision for myself. Not only did David have to come out on the hottest day of the year in MN thus far he got the job done fast without ever complaining about the heat. He was thorough, applied discounts where he could and got everything done within 2 hours. It looks great, but it works better then when I moved into my house 5 years ago. Logan G. quickly fixed everything at exactly the quoted price and managed to explain everything to me, a guy who knows virtually nothing about garage doors. He was courteous, professional, personable, and punctual. Every interaction with the company and it's workers has been exactly what you would want if your garage door broke and you wanted help with them.

When we replace the doors in a few years, we'll definitely go with this team and Logan again because why would we risk a different company? Maybe a different company will do just as great of a job, but they pay us and give us free electronics? Unlikely.

Logan from Rise and Shine Garage doors was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Texted to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Logan took a look at my garage door repair work and immediately knew what to do to fix things. He suggested cost saving solutions to repair and gave an estimate for replacement. Metal parts had broken away from the garage door pulley system and the door had not been lubricated or serviced in years. I called for an estimate yesterday around 8 PM, and they set up a consult for 8-10 AM today. I received a text around 8 that the technician was on the way. Technician Andy showed up shortly after; he was friendly and professional. He did a detailed inspection of the garage door, and let me know what his suggestions for repairs were. He was flexible with pricing and we came to an agreement that I was comfortable with. He was finished with repairs by 10 AM; very satisfied with the work he did, I would recommend this company to family and friends! Reasonable, timely, and quality work!

On one of the coldest evenings this winter, our garage door wouldn't open. Knowing nothing about the workings of a garage door opener, I called Garage Door Repair Company. They were helpful and offered to come immediately. At my request, Loren Greene and James (didn't get his last name) came the next morning. After inspecting the door and the opener, Logan gave me a detailed account of the issues: misaligned sensors, frayed lift cables (both right and left); a loose chain; and torsion springs that were not balanced.

His explanations of the issues were clear, and he answered all of my questions. As we had not had any maintenance since the installation of the door 15 years, I was not surprised by the issues they identified They completed the suggested repairs quickly, and after the repairs were completed, they reviewed what they had done. Our garage was working fine, and then it started to lose support in the middle and wouldn't open or close properly. Still being in the new homeowner phase, I literally had no idea who to call. Garage Door Repair Company was the first place I contacted. I believe I talked to Hannah (?), She was very friendly, efficient and told me a technician would be out first thing in the morning. Andrew was out right away around 8:15 am.

He educated me on things I had no idea about. Was definitely not aware our cable springs were about to give out either. I'm not sure if the previous owners ever had the garage serviced. I'm super thankful for this company coming out so quick to service our garage door. They are priced reasonably and if I have any further issues, they will be the first I call!

Requested an appointment online, the company reached out ~5 minutes later to set up appointment. They came out the next day in single digit weather and got my door repaired in about 2 hours. Excellent service from Logan and James. They were easy to work with and even though my old garage had non-standard sizes, we got everything figured out and the garage door works like it never has, I can barely hear it anymore!

Cost was on the upper range of what I expected, but parts came with warranty, and it saved me from having to figure everything out myself. Happy to have a garage door company in the area now I can call if something goes wrong again.

Awesome experience working with Garage Door Repair since 2018. The first time they replaced a bad spring. Most recently they replaced a broken opener, door switch and remote. Logan is great! He came got to work and finished the job efficiently while explaining each step. He did an elegant job on the last 5% of the job making the wiring runs and terminations look great. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Logan just finished installing a new garage door opener for me. I was impressed that he offered 4 solutions from replacing a broken part to 3 levels of new openers and he didn't pressure me to choose any particular option. He was on time, very kind and thorough at explaining everything, and I definitely will recommend him to friends and family if they need garage door work done. Repairs are never a fun way to spend money, but it feels great when you feel like you paid a fair price and the person doing the work does an awesome job! Hey, yesterday I backed into my garage door while plowing the driveway. dooh! Pushed it in a little and figured it needed replacement. I called a couple places including Garage Door Repair Company, who fixed a broken spring spring a few years back. Good thing you put the sticker on the inside of my garage door guys! Logan came over today and it is 0 degrees out.

He replaced a cross-member, checked everything out and lubricated everything so we can use the door until we figure out what kind of door we want as a replacement. Logan talked about several options for replacement and sent emails with the quotes. All the quotes were in line with my expectations. My mom's garage broke and she called Garage Door Repair. They sent out Andy, who was awesome. He got her door up and running in no time at all and couldn't have been nicer even in the extreme cold. Our family will definitely only use GDR from this point forward. Thanks Andy

Garage Door Repair Company, and especially Alex, were great! He was able to come out next day for what I thought would just be a quote. Alex was able to repair my garage door that day very quickly and it was much more affordable than I thought it would be. Highly recommend.

Logan came out the very next morning and was right on time. He was kind, respectful and walked me through every step and what he was doing. He did not pressure me into anything but was also very thorough. Very happy with his service and process!

I discovered that the garage door for our business was malfunctioning at about 11:30pm on Wednesday. I called for repair on Thursday morning and was scheduled for service on Friday, which is awesome. But, even more awesome, I received a phone call saying that they could actually come out today. Logan arrived on time, he called my cell phone to let me know he was on site, he did a stellar job repairing our garage door. Logan was totally professional. Arrived when he said he would. New my garage door problem quickly. Gave me several options without any pressure to choose anyone of them. Quickly repaired on the option I selected in the time he said it would take. All in all I will call Logan for any problems with garage door in the future. I strongly recommend him to you also.

We've used GDRC now for years---first when we bought our home 5 years ago and needed to add a motor to our third bay garage stall, again when another garage bay motor went out, and now when we finally wanted to repair a garage bay we used for storage. I called on a Sunday and was offered an appointment next day---and Andrew showed up promptly within the window, and was able to swap out the old motor, install safety cables, and get everything operational again in a matter of hours. Andrew, when done, took the time to explain the new opener (as it differs from our other two), and ensure I didn't have any questions.

It's not every day that you're in the market for a garage door service; unfortunately I was, after calling other companies that had 800#s I had called The Garage Door Repair Company and got a live person. Alex Worked around my schedule. When Alex came out he was very professional and was not out to sell me things that I was not needing, I felt that the prices were great.

These guys were great! Alex came out and did a professional first-rate job. He explained clearly what needed to happen (new tension spring), laid out my options, and then got to work. He was done in less than thirty minutes. I also love the warranties that come w their products.

I would use these guys again and again! I had just purchased a home the had a broken spring on the door. I called the company and they were able to get someone out for a free estimate within a few hours. Josh was able to show me what was going on and I ended up getting a few more repairs for less that I though I would spend on just replacing the springs. Great service!

I was not entirely satisfied the first time they came out, but Josh called me back right away and came out immediately to remedy the situation. Everything was repaired/replaced and fixed to my satisfaction.

I called them yesterday to ask if someone could come to put a new rubber for the bottom of our garage door. he came today and put new one and recommend me to put other new part. I said yes. then I asked if he have some time so I can ask him question.

Garage Door Repair company did an amazing job on my new garage door it looks awesome. The opener is so much better than the old one and they also replaced all of the hardware. The garage door is so much quieter when it opens now.

Last Saturday afternoon, one of my garage door cables broke. I had an engagement the next morning that I couldn't cancel so I really needed my door fixed (so I could get my car out) that day/night.
