Called to get some work done on my garage. Talked to the dispatcher and explained what I needed accomplished. They gave me a 3:00 - 6:00 window, saying it will be $40 to come out for the service call. Around 2:30, a technician called and asked what I needed done. He said he couldn't do it, and would find someone else. 6:00 came and went. No one showed up. No one communicated to me that they wouldn't be showing up.

This was a warranty issue, and AJs Garage Door Repair was there the next day to replace our broken garage door opener. The repairman was fantastic! I emailed AJs Garage Door Repair at 5pm to inquire if I could get my garage door repaired. I got a quick response and got an appointment scheduled the next morning. The technician arrived 20min early. He quickly assessed the issue and went to work. He installed new torsion springs and calibrated everything in half an hour. The price was fair. Professional and amazing service. I needed the springs on my garage door replaced and my sensors checked and adjusted. Mark came to fix both our garage doors. One wouldn't open more than a foot and the other required for us to hold the button for it to close. Within the 1st few minutes he was able to diagnose the problems and tell us what had to be done to fix it. Also helped us with communication between our Home warranty company. He's a class act!
